I'm curious: whether you are bulking/cutting/maintaining what is your diet like? Do you have strict meal plans or go with the flow? Let me know! Personally, I eat pretty clean and have the occasional fast food once or twice a week cuz I'm bulking.
I want to increase my pullups rn 8-9 first set then its drops down below 6 my weighted pull ups is 10kg with 6rep/4sets i can do wieghted pullups but not able normal alot of reps how can i pullups endurance?
I have been stuck at 2-3 pullups for a long time now and I just can’t seem to progress. What I currently do is 3 sends of banded pullups with 6 minutes rest in between with 3 days of rest in between workouts. Is there anything I can do?
