@Daemon Caliversity I'm thinking about calisthenics equipment, maybe some merch? I think that would help me a lot.
MUSCLE UPS
I just did my first ever muscle ups today and got 3 in a row. Although the form isn't the best I'm still pretty happy with it nonetheless. How do I increase my reps from here and clean up my form? For context I am able to for 15 pull ups and 45 dips in a row.

handstands
I just started training handstands a day ago and I'm wondering how many times I should train per week, and for how long. Currently doing walk up chest to wall attempts to get the hang of it.

Program Plan
Hello to all and Merry Christmas! If you can answer this for me that would be great! How should I or anyone program our training to get the full benefits? Do I go for a Push, Pull, Legs? Upper & Lower? Do I go for a different untraditional training plan? And should I train high intensity during those days even with sports training? Thank you for reading this and hope you can answer my questions! ❤️❤️☝️

I would recommend an upper/lower split if you do not have access to a gym as you can do dips, push ups, pull ups on upper days and do squats, pistol squats etc... on lower days. For PPL it would be better to start in the gym as bodyweight training alone may not be ideal for beginners.
