Hello everyone, my name is Hira from Pakistan and currently living In the UK .I am 5'4" and 73.5 kg weight. Ihave 5 kids and I am a full time house wife. I have no medical condition but I have pain in my knees and my biggest struggle is consistently following any diet or workout plans . My wight has been stuck from the last 6 months as I used to be 83kg. My aim in this community is to get support and motivation in order to lose 10 kg and feel more confident and energetic.
