🎄💪 5000 Push Ups Before Christmas 💪🎄
Let’s do something fun together. Goal: 5,000 push-ups as a TEAM before Christmas. That’s it. No pressure. Just action. The math: 5,000 push-ups ÷ 16 days ≈ 312 push-ups per day as a group If 15 people do 20 push-ups a day, we hit the goal easily. Rules: • Full push-ups count as 1 • Knee push-ups count as 2 = 1 full rep • Do them anytime during the day • You can split them into as many sets as you want ➡️ Post your reps HERE so we can track it and celebrate 📹 Video is optimal as we are going by the honor system This is not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and stacking wins together. If you’re in, comment your first PUSH UP NUMBERS and see what we can hit on Day #1 💪

15 for me so far? 10 more coming (will edit to update)
Accountability (ftp)
Did my 20 pushups (5 standard, 15 modified because my upper body is not my strong point), 25 bw squats, 10 front kicks (each leg), 12 leg lifts, and a 30-second plank. Will do a 1/2-mile walk after I feed dogs. Hi! I'm a 40-yo WAHM who homeschools 3 (13, 10, and 6); homesteads on 6 acres while my husband works shift or extra duty jobs; and keeps a home with 3 dogs and a billion unwanted squirrels. I was diagnosed with RRMS 13 years ago, and am still beating the odds by not being in a chair, being pretty functional in general, and not being on an NG tube. 🙃 I got into this community because I am "farm strong," but feel kinda flabby and not as strong as I once was. I want to keep this "unusually functional" thing as long as possible (and maybe recomp some of this loose skin feeling into something that makes /me/ feel a little more comfortable)!
🌤️ Do You Prefer Training Indoors or Outdoors?
Curious question for everyone here 👇 Have you ever trained outside, at a park, beach, or just in your backyard, instead of indoors or at a gym? There’s something special about outdoor training… Fresh air, sunlight, and that feeling of freedom when you move. But indoor setups can be more convenient, no weather excuses, no waiting for bars, and everything’s right there. 👉 What about you? Which one do you prefer and why? (And if you’ve trained somewhere unique like a playground, forest, or rooftop!)

Outdoors, all the way. There's more freedom of movement, I can flip the tractor tire without worrying about being noisy, and the weather provides and extra element to training. Plus: free.

Hello! My name is Kate, I am recently 40, married with 3 kids, and been managing chronic illness for 13 years. I do a lot of homesteading hands-on and can get most of the weight training don, but my mobility and flexibility has taken a git this year. Nothing is where I want it to be, and I don't have two hours a day to spend with weights for results. I'd rather spend 30-45 minutes utilizing my body systems in a more effective fashion.

Hello, all! I'm Kate from the deep South US. I grew up as a farm kid, and have always been "farm strong;" but now that I have 3 kids (one in US Navy Sea Cadets) and a chronic illness, keeping my energy up and my strength from deteriorating in a time-efficient manner is very tricky. Nonetheless, I know it'spossible, and I'm looking forward to reclaiming the positive self-image that I lost when I had my last relapse. A left leg deep pistol squat would be phenomenal, as well. 🙂
