Have you ever trained outside, at a park, beach, or just in your backyard, instead of indoors or at a gym?
Thereās something special about outdoor trainingā¦
Fresh air, sunlight, and that feeling of freedom when you move.
But indoor setups can be more convenient, no weather excuses, no waiting for bars, and everythingās right there.
