Did my 20 pushups (5 standard, 15 modified because my upper body is not my strong point), 25 bw squats, 10 front kicks (each leg), 12 leg lifts, and a 30-second plank. Will do a 1/2-mile walk after I feed dogs.
Hi! I'm a 40-yo WAHM who homeschools 3 (13, 10, and 6); homesteads on 6 acres while my husband works shift or extra duty jobs; and keeps a home with 3 dogs and a billion unwanted squirrels. I was diagnosed with RRMS 13 years ago, and am still beating the odds by not being in a chair, being pretty functional in general, and not being on an NG tube. 🙃 I got into this community because I am "farm strong," but feel kinda flabby and not as strong as I once was. I want to keep this "unusually functional" thing as long as possible (and maybe recomp some of this loose skin feeling into something that makes /me/ feel a little more comfortable)!
