Why "Trying Harder" is the wrong strategy for May.
Happy Thursday, Everyone! I’ve noticed a trend in our conversations this week: the urge to "push through" the spring fatigue. In our world, we don't push—we pivot. If you missed yesterday’s Substack piece on Energy Leaks, the the bottom line is this: You cannot out-hustle a hormonal shift. Your Action Item for today: Comment below with ONE thing that drained your energy yesterday and ONE thing that filled it back up. Let’s identify the leaks together. 👇 Drop yours below! (P.S. Big things coming May 28th for this group specifically. Stay tuned for the Energy Reset Master Class details!)

Life took the wind out of me yesterday. Protein lifted me today.
I used to think I needed to feel “on” every day
I don’t. Midlife doesn’t work like that. So today, no pushing.Just honesty. Drop your check-in: • Energy (low, medium, high)• What your body needs• Your minimum win I’ll go first: Energy: medium Need: quiet + steady meal Minimum: win: protein at first meal Your turn 👇

@Jennifer Seven thinking about you too! Hope you are having an amazing time!
Happy Saturday, everyone! ☕️
As we wrap up the week, remember: You don't need to keep everything—just what helped. That is the whole point of our reset—not perfection, but information. Take a quick look back: - What gave you the most return? - What helped your body feel steadier? Your Action Today Pick 1 to 3 anchors to carry into the weekend and the next 7 days: - Protein earlier in the day - 10-minute walk after dinner - No caffeine after noon - Two nervous system downshifts daily - Putting the phone away before bed - A real lunch instead of grazing Check-In Prompt Complete the sentence below in the comments to share your plan: - My energy floor for the next week is: ______ Remember: Small, sustainable steps are how this reset becomes real life. Have a wonderful weekend!

Friday Morning Check-in: Reclaiming Our Energy 🌸
Good morning, everyone! As we close out the week, let's take a quick energy baseline check. Instead of focusing on what didn't get done, let's ask ourselves: What did I do to support my body's floor? Midlife exhaustion isn't a willpower issue or proof that we are lazy—it is information. When we are running low, we cannot simply discipline our way out of a biology problem. 📝 Quick Reflection - Honor the baseline: If your energy is low this morning, don't push harder. Adjust your expectations and give yourself permission to recover. - Carry the curiosity: Let's step into the weekend looking at our needs with curiosity instead of slipping back into shame. 💬 Let's Discuss Below What is one win you are celebrating this week, or which "floor" are you leaning on to protect your energy today? I'd love to hear from you!

@Jennifer Seven smart move
Some days in midlife feel flat.
Not dramatic. Not necessarily a crisis. Just low. Fragile. Done. I used to make those days mean I was failing. Now I try to ask a better question: What is the smallest thing I can do today that helps me not abandon myself? That might be: Protein A walk More water Less scrolling A shower An earlier bedtime A real pause One honest boundary Letting something be imperfect Today’s check-in: What is one minimum you can keep today? Drop one word or one sentence below. I’ll go first: My minimum today is more water. Optional deeper read: I wrote a new article on what to do on the days you feel flat, fragile, and done. You can read it here
