It’s amazing to see more of you joining The Fauna Flow transformation group. This isn’t just about fitness or strength, it’s about building a space where we, as men, come together to create something truly impactful. I’ll admit, forming a thriving online community is a new challenge for me. I’m so used to working one-on-one in my main business. But I genuinely believe, with your support this can grow into something that brings positivity, growth, and real transformation to each of you individually and to us collectively. For over 13 years, I’ve been helping men make meaningful changes in their lives. Through this work, I’ve seen patterns. So many of us face the same challenges, share the same struggles, and ultimately seek the same things: strength, balance, connection, and a higher quality of life. This space is about so much more than my coaching experience, it’s about all of us, bringing together our unique perspectives to support, motivate, and guide one another toward a better version of ourselves. Please drop a quick comment below and let us know where you’re currently at within the transformation program, or if you have any struggles/wins you want to share 🙌 There’s no wrong time to write a quick post or reach out for support on this group. This is a safe space for growth and connection. Love, JT

I’m doing pretty well at the moment, despite the last few weeks being a pretty boozy, sleepless and decadent time as several friends and family have all had their birthdays. In the past I might have spiralled off into continued over-eating or bingeing but so far, I’ve been able to stay disciplined and in control with only a few hiccups that I’m not going to defenestrate myself for. It’s proven really useful to have Johnny remind me that small mistakes don’t destroy the good work being done the rest of the time.
Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️
How many of us have done or currently do yoga? I’ve only really started taking it seriously in the last 18 months and now I go to two classes a week. I feel it really helps with flexibility and strength, and I’m really happy that so many of the Fauna Flow animal exercises incorporate movements similar to yoga, as I’m finding doing both reinforces my confidence and ability in the other! Also, how do you feel about men doing yoga? Is it still something you might hesitate to tell people you do, because of old-fashioned stereotypes?

Supplements
I take about 10-12 different supplements every day; a combination of pills, powders and tinctures. Depending on what I'm training for, if I've mistreated myself, or if i'm beginning to feel like I'm getting unwell, it may be more. I spend at least £100 per month; on natural, whole-food (mostly) plant extracts. I look for brands that have clean ingredients, with no fillers or binders, are bio available, and are at an absorbable dosage. My diet is exceptional; I prep meals from scratch, 3 times a day, I eat a wide range of fresh ingredients from animals and plants, but I still supplement. Even the best, locally sourced, small scale farmed food is depleted compared to what I need and contains a fraction of the nutrients compared to even just 50 years ago; our soils has been ravaged! I want my rig to function as best it can, for as long as possible, and I do this now, even though I probably won't notice many of the benefits for decades. Depending on what i've done to myself or exposed my self to, I up-regulate my body's natural detox pathways, I make sure my immune system has all it requires to be on point and my liver needs support to deal with the pollutants, toxins and chemicals I'm exposed to in this modern world. It's not cheap, and I feel weird popping so many pills but its worth it! Who else is playing the long game? I'll name and explain one supplement per like / comment ;-) .... I just figured out how this Skool thing works and I need your help to level up by New Years! PS Not suggesting I have it all figured out or that I've got the answers for everyone, but I'm pretty sure i've got a few things right, for me...

@Radulf Bertschinger Chicken soup with garlic purée mixed in then lemsip in the thermos instead of tea 😁 I quite like the Wellman original supplements as well, they’ve helped give me a little boost, though I’m not taking them at the moment. Another thing that I do need to re-introduce is Magnesium Glycinate (magnesium threonate is a tad too pricey for me at the moment) and I’m considering taking Tongkat Ali.
20K+ steps
Today was the first day in literal years that I walked more than 20K steps. Very happy to have worked slowly up to this benchmark.

@Radulf Bertschinger The difference was a desire to gently test my current limits on how far I could walk in a day and then subsequently how many days I could do that consecutively. Turns out it’s about 3 before I need a rest day. Oh I’ll have to try that walk after a meal thing, thanks for the tip! That site looks good for sure. Looking forward to seeing how it works when it’s available in the UK. The place I live in I am very lucky to have access to fields 5 mins from my flat and there’s a small nature reserve in the centre of the town.
Welcome
Hello everyone, welcome! It's so good to have you here as part of this growing community. Let me quickly explain how everything works so you can dive straight in. Before anything else please introduce yourself to the rest of the group and give a brief description of the following in the comments below: Name: Main goal you’re working towards: Biggest obstacle you want overcome: You now have access to my full Fauna Flow transformation program that’s guided over 300 men to lifelong transformation. No gym, no dieting—just 30 days to reshape your life for good! You can find this course by simply clicking the classroom tab and starting the first phase “Primal Awakening.” The entire course is clearly laid out so you can follow this with ease in your own time! Aside from this, you’ll have ongoing support from me and everyone else in the group! Here’s how it works: - Level Up: Start at level 1 and work your way to level 9 by sharing your progress, engaging with the others and completing the course lessons/workouts. Each level you gain will unlock the next phase of the course and grant a new title as you ascend from Cub to Apex Predator! - The Course: The program starts by taking you through five short and simple fundamental lessons that will become the unbreakable foundation to your success on the journey ahead. This includes - Goal setting, habit building, self accountability, self journaling and support networks. These lessons will be absolutely essential and will need to be revisited and applied throughout your transformation. Once you’ve completed these lessons you’ll move onto the fun stuff…animal movement. - Animal movement: This program is based around five awesome animals that I’ve integrated into the movement patterns and structured the workouts around. This includes THE BEAR, THE GORILLA, THE PANTHER, THE EAGLE and THE WOLF. By the time you’ve gotten through this program I can guarantee you’ll become an absolute beast! There’s a lot of fun and challenging stuff ahead but remember, this is all about doing things at your pace. This is a progressive program that’s designed to apply progressive overload, starting with basic mobility exercises and finishes with some hardcore complex animal movement patterns. I would suggest going through each phase at least twice through before moving to the next, this means working through the workouts from THE BEAR to THE WOLF twice. If you find the next phase too tough then continue on the phase until you feel you’re ready for the next step or reach out to me for advice anytime.

@Radulf Bertschinger Let’s just see if I make it that far, nothing in life is guaranteed. It could all prove too expensive for me to even attempt. But it’s something to aim for at the very least, and Lord knows I need something like that to dream about
