How many of us have done or currently do yoga?
I’ve only really started taking it seriously in the last 18 months and now I go to two classes a week.
I feel it really helps with flexibility and strength, and I’m really happy that so many of the Fauna Flow animal exercises incorporate movements similar to yoga, as I’m finding doing both reinforces my confidence and ability in the other!
Also, how do you feel about men doing yoga? Is it still something you might hesitate to tell people you do, because of old-fashioned stereotypes?
