I knew it⦠and I didnāt listen.
I had one of those moments this week that reminded me how easy it is to ignore your own intuition. Someone requested to join my community. And straight away⦠I felt it. That quiet little nudge of: āHmm⦠somethingās off.ā Nothing dramatic. Nothing loud. Just a knowing. But then the overthinking kicked in. āMaybe Iām being too quick.ā āMaybe I should give them a chance.ā āMaybe Iām just reading into it.ā So I let them in. Soon after Spam. Fear-based messaging. Trying to pull people out of the space. And I just had to laugh. Because it was such a clear reminder of something we all do: We know. And then we question what we know. We override it. We try to be nice. We second guess ourselves. Even when the answer was there from the start. And this wasnāt even a big life decision. It was a simple yes or no. Let them in⦠or donāt. So hereās your reminder (and mine): That first feeling? The quiet, certain one? Thatās the one to trust. Not the overthinking. Not the āwhat if Iām wrong.ā Not the part trying to make it make sense. That first knowing. Iām curious⦠Where have you ignored your intuition recently⦠even when you knew? And also ā this is exactly why Iām intentional about the space Iām building. Inside Empowered Spirit Tribe, itās about real connection, honest conversations, and grounded spirituality. Not fear-based messaging. Not quick fixes. Not people trying to āsellā certainty. If that kind of space feels like a breath of fresh air⦠youāre always welcome to step inside.
