Case Study: 93 net promoter + $500k in revenue generated
A few weeks ago we helped one of our clients host their first in-person event for their community The results? - 9.7/10 attendee satisfaction score - 93 net promoter score (anything above 80 is considered world class) - 100% of the attendees said they would attend again We also just found out that we closed over $500k in revenue from the event, which unfortunately happened after I recorded the case study😅 That being said, this event was not financially motivated at all. The whole objective was to transform the lives of the attendees through a 2 day experience. The money is great, but only when its a byproduct of trust, value, and transformation. I recorded a video where I break down the strategy, the objectives, the results, and everything in between for this event Enjoy! Drop any questions you have down below👇

$10,000 from Sunday Sessions: How I turned 1.8M Viral Views into a sold-out IRL Program
Yo Ethan, Andy, and the IRL family! I’ve spent the last 12 months proving that 'In-Person' is the highest form of engagement for a community-driven business. I recently took a massive leap into the live event space with my brand, Beyond the Net. While my Skool group was down, I focused purely on the 'IRL' side of the game (mainly because handling both was hard for me l😆) Q1 Receipts: - $10,000 in revenue generated purely from our in-person Sunday Sessions - 1.8 Million views online in February 2026 proving that viral digital content is only useful if it puts bodies in a room - $4k personally generated for in person coaching for myself last year I’m stepping back into the online space to manage the backend personally now. I’ve realized that the 'Manual Grind' of events only works if you have the digital plumbing to support it. Between all the information here to learn on Skool and in person events I've consolidated my 2026 Content OS and the Mastermind Transcripts from all my experience on Skool the last three years. If you're looking to monetize your next retreat, workshop, or local event without breaking the bank, feel free to ask questions. I'm not as knowledgeable as Ethan or Andy but, I'd love to share the systems I used to bridge that $10k digital-to-physical gap. Q1 is flying.

🧠 Design for the 1
Hey Team! Lately, Andy and I have been experimenting with a new way to design experiences. We all know Hormozi talks about "doing the unscalable" at first, getting really good results, and then going from there. Following in that school of thought, lately we've begun conducting 1-on-1 onboarding calls for our event attendees. Now, I know all of us our busy, but as a co-founder duo planning 4 events right now that will happen within the next 2 months, with over 200 expected attendees at all of them... that can sound like simply too much to do. But the value that is created, the insight that is provided... far outweighs the time investment. By meeting with each attendee, we get to hear their story. Their why. Their history. Their goals. What will make the event a home run. Not collected in an onboarding form, but human to human on a zoom call. We then take that data and synthesize it with all of the attendee's answers to find common threads, patterns, and trends. We do this before creating the agenda or the itinerary. It's done to ensure that the event becomes something that will materially move each attendee forward in their journey. This is a win for the host (better client outcomes) This is a win for the attendees (specific help on specific problems) This is a win for us (we get to meet all the attendees and greet them by name at the event) ✍️ THIS is experience design in action! What "unscalable" thing are you doing right now that is bringing outsized returns?

We launched an event with Greg Isenberg (Full Case Study)
A few weeks ago, we launched an in-person event with Greg Isenberg. Here's how it went: ✅ 6-figure launch ✅ Sold out ✅ 9.04/10 attendee satisfaction score ✅ 79 Net Promoter Score (anything above 70 is considered excellent) I just recorded a full breakdown on the strategy we used to bring this event to life! Enjoy :)
