A few weeks ago we helped one of our clients host their first in-person event for their community
The results?
- 9.7/10 attendee satisfaction score
- 93 net promoter score (anything above 80 is considered world class)
- 100% of the attendees said they would attend again
We also just found out that we closed over $500k in revenue from the event, which unfortunately happened after I recorded the case study😅
That being said, this event was not financially motivated at all. The whole objective was to transform the lives of the attendees through a 2 day experience.
The money is great, but only when its a byproduct of trust, value, and transformation.
