Breaking down Alex Hormozi's Live Event Funnel
"Watch what they do, not what they say" This has always been a guiding principle for me in life & business There are so many gurus online telling is what to do/not to do But what are they doing? No, not what are they selling, but what are they ACTUALLY doing to spread their message & acquire clients? What funnels? Ads? Content? Acquisition channels? I think this paints a much better picture of what is working for someone rather than whatever it is they are trying to sell So, with this in mind, I decided to take a look at what Alex Hormozi is doing. And what I found is that at the core of his business, he is running a live event funnel that is designed to ascend clients up into his high-ticket coaching/consulting offers It's called the Scaling Workshop, and it's a 2-day in-person event that takes place at the Acquisition headquarters This got me super excited because if anyone has a pulse on an industry and knows where the puck is headed, it's Hormozi. So why is he building his business around live events? What's the strategy? What are the outcomes? What does the funnel look like? These are all questions I answer in the video I just posted on YouTube A full breakdown of Alex Hormozi's live event funnel. Enjoy :)
Case Study: 93 net promoter + $500k in revenue generated
A few weeks ago we helped one of our clients host their first in-person event for their community The results? - 9.7/10 attendee satisfaction score - 93 net promoter score (anything above 80 is considered world class) - 100% of the attendees said they would attend again We also just found out that we closed over $500k in revenue from the event, which unfortunately happened after I recorded the case study😅 That being said, this event was not financially motivated at all. The whole objective was to transform the lives of the attendees through a 2 day experience. The money is great, but only when its a byproduct of trust, value, and transformation. I recorded a video where I break down the strategy, the objectives, the results, and everything in between for this event Enjoy! Drop any questions you have down below👇
$10,000 from Sunday Sessions: How I turned 1.8M Viral Views into a sold-out IRL Program
Yo Ethan, Andy, and the IRL family! I’ve spent the last 12 months proving that 'In-Person' is the highest form of engagement for a community-driven business. I recently took a massive leap into the live event space with my brand, Beyond the Net. While my Skool group was down, I focused purely on the 'IRL' side of the game (mainly because handling both was hard for me l😆) Q1 Receipts: - $10,000 in revenue generated purely from our in-person Sunday Sessions - 1.8 Million views online in February 2026 proving that viral digital content is only useful if it puts bodies in a room - $4k personally generated for in person coaching for myself last year I’m stepping back into the online space to manage the backend personally now. I’ve realized that the 'Manual Grind' of events only works if you have the digital plumbing to support it. Between all the information here to learn on Skool and in person events I've consolidated my 2026 Content OS and the Mastermind Transcripts from all my experience on Skool the last three years. If you're looking to monetize your next retreat, workshop, or local event without breaking the bank, feel free to ask questions. I'm not as knowledgeable as Ethan or Andy but, I'd love to share the systems I used to bridge that $10k digital-to-physical gap. Q1 is flying.

A "one to many" selling masterclass
There are a few people on earth that have closed 7 figures in revenue from a live event ...and not only has Bridger Pennington been able to do that, he's actually done it 3 times. Not once, not twice, but three times. At three different live events. ...and this is just from live events. This doesn't even include the dozens of virtual events & webinars he has done to help Fund Launch grow to $40 million+ in revenue Crazy. When it comes to "one to many" selling, I think it's safe to say that Bridger is one of the best in the game Which is exactly why I wanted to sit him down for an interview. One of the biggest pain points founders struggle with when hosting live or virtual events is selling one to many Whether it's fear, lack of confidence, or just simply not knowing how, the one to many bottleneck holds many founders back from ever maximizing the potential of their events And not only does it hold them back from maximizing the financial potential of their events, it also holds them back from maximizing the potential transformation they can create within their attendees The lives that they could genuinely change. Because one to many selling isn't only for selling offers... it's also for selling the audience on why what they are gathering for is important, and why they should pay attention The movement you are building or the business you are growing doesn't matter if people aren't sold on it. If one to many selling has ever been hard for you, or if you are looking to get better at one to many selling, than this interview is 100% for you In the interview, we dive into: -Bridger's "one to many" frameworks he uses when selling at events & while raising capital -How he crafts irresistible offers for events (virtual & in person) -The actual slide decks he uses for his "one to many"presentations -What is/isn't working in the industry right now when it comes to one to many selling + so much more It's by far the best interview I have ever been a part of

Skool is putting on a "category design" masterclass in real time
Skool is giving us a "category design" masterclass in real time In the book "Play Bigger," the authors explain how some of the most successful start ups of all time didn't spend time going to war with their competition in their category They simply designed a new one. Uber, AirBnB, Sales Force, and so many other companies deployed this strategy and quickly took up large portions of market share by designing their own categories Designing your own category rather than playing in someone else's creates demand, attention, and usually leads to market disruption And this is exactly what Skool is doing right now But the way their doing it? It's actually something that is running behind the scenes, and a lot of people in this community have been a part of it...👀 I just recorded a 15 minute video where I dive into this strategy Enjoy!
