Nutrition advice
Hey so lately I found out that the reason I haven't really seen much progress as I did when I started was because I'm not eating enough nutrition apparently for my muscles to grow and to loose fat I am eating in a calorie deficit I'm 5ft and weight between 115 and 116 and I been eating about 1800 and sometimes I'm way below that and I'm trying to eat better so I can see progress but it kinda hard when your bloated or just not even hungry and get full pretty quickly is there anything I can do to be better at this

Hi, for me I've found limiting the gluten I'm eating has helped loads with the bloating, I'm eating in a calorie deficit of 1400 and I'm eating more proteins and vegetables and minimal carbs, I'm also eating more fresh produce and I'm down by 1.5kg so far. Tracking my calories and macros is helping me loads to stay on track.

Tracking
Just started tracking my calories and macros this week and what an eye opener it is, it's sooo much easier to keep on top of what I'm eating by logging everything, I'm also tracking my lifting workouts too so I can track my max weight reps.
