How do I reactivate archived sub-accounts?

Hey guys, how have you been handling the wallet balances of cancelled clients? We have a handful of clients that are no longer paying us for our service yet many of them have wallet balances on Assistable. How does one go about moving those balances to different wallets, or are they just lost forever under that wallet account?

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve hit a bit of a roadblock with my setup. I recently purchased a phone number through GoHighLevel (GHL) and have completed the configuration within Twilio. Everything seems to be connected correctly on the backend, but I am encountering an error whenever I try to place a call, the number is from Mexico. Has anyone experienced this specific issue before? I’ve double-checked my permissions and settings, but I can't seem to get the calls to go through. Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi team, we are a US based agency, we have a number of clients in Canada as well that want to use Outbound AI Voice calls. We were on a demo today for a customer in Toronto and I went to go see if there were 647 Area code numbers. None of the Toronto Area Codes were pulling up. For this client, it is important that we get outbound calling. Is that even possible inside of Assistable? Has anyone found any solution to this?
