Bot pulling information from the unknown
Hey all! Outside of the built knowledgebase and the website linked to our business/client GHL account, where is the ai getting its answer from? I have turned off web scrape, and internet search, yet it still gives answer from the unknown? For example pricing, it will say product is (insert random price) which is nowhere to be found on either our client site or KB. I have temperature set to 0, and have prompted the ai not to make up answers. Anyone have an idea? Most common on voice ai, but chat as well.
