Random subaccount connecting to assistable
Hey, my account keeps on connecting to random ghl subaccounts and we keep getting blocked for reaching maximum. This is the second time we got this. Is anyone experiencing this and how to prevent it until we upgrade to unlimited subaccount?

Bot pulling information from the unknown
Hey all! Outside of the built knowledgebase and the website linked to our business/client GHL account, where is the ai getting its answer from? I have turned off web scrape, and internet search, yet it still gives answer from the unknown? For example pricing, it will say product is (insert random price) which is nowhere to be found on either our client site or KB. I have temperature set to 0, and have prompted the ai not to make up answers. Anyone have an idea? Most common on voice ai, but chat as well.

To fix this, you can tighten knowledge boundaries by explicitly stating in your prompt: “If the answer cannot be found in the provided knowledge base, respond with ‘I don’t know’. You can also use guardrails by setting stronger “answer only from KB” rules (sometimes under “Strict Knowledge Mode” or similar). Another step is to fill gaps in your KB — for example, if pricing is a common question, add explicit entries with “Pricing is available on request” or link to your pricing page, otherwise the model may guess based on its training. Lastly, monitor Voice AI more closely since it has a higher chance of hallucinating under pressure, and test flows in the lab while adjusting the prompt to enforce “If unsure, pause and redirect.”

@Juanes Correa ticket system only accepts the email linked to your account with us. Please make sure you’re entering the same email you used to sign up.
Call ends when saying "I'd like to leave a message"
Anyone else experiencing this? Everytime I say "I'd like to leave a message", the call gets disconnected. The two videos are from different subaccounts. Tried fixing the prompt, calling again and again, still the same issue. Any input is appreciated. Thanks all!
