Wallet Balance not replenishing
Our Agency balance is not replenishing the wallet even if Enable Autopay is on. We need to have this fixed. • 1749765349691x430827529601472300 I have reported this in the platform but did not received a response. Our wallet is in negative again. Please help. @Jorden Williams

🚀 Lead List Compliance + Opt-In Sources
Hey everyone — quick question for the group: We’ve been running a lot of lead gen through Outscraper (scraping Google Business Profiles, etc.), but we’re looking to cover our bases from a compliance standpoint. Specifically, we want to make sure we’re working with lists where people have actually opted in to being contacted by phone call or text. A few things I’d love input on: - Do you know of sites or sources where we can scrape or purchase opt-in leads (not just scraped data)? - How are you all making sure you’re staying compliant with TCPA / SMS regulations when running these kinds of campaigns? - Any recommended vendors, platforms, or marketplaces where people sell or share opt-in lead lists? Would love to hear what’s been working for you. 🙏

@Andrew Hamlin Yup this has proven itself successful. I was trying to add another high converting inbound strategy. Possibly a cold call/text campaign or a linkedin type of dm/ai approach.

A lot of stuff has been going on that has required so much attention that its been hard to post / respond on here as I normally would - good news is a lot of that is coming to a head which frees me up a ton. Yesterday's webhook issue was from a version / parameter incompatibility; we will put out a full white-label friendly post-mortem to clarify what happened, how it was fixed and how we have mitigated it / added contingencies for it. this will be a new initiative started to give you materials to hand to your clients to build trust with them -- all platforms have issues intermittently, its part of the game. It hard for you to relay real answers to your clients, we will provide those answers for you. So, everything looks the same?
So, 3.0.0 was released yesterday - at least the 1st stage. Everything looks the same? So, whats the deal? its a lot of backend stuff really, you wont see the front end stuff until over the weekend. Here's what was done without getting too techy: - Page load speed is down to 1/10th of what it was and will even come down more over the next phases this weekend so you can spend more time building rather than loading - helper functions on tools - so we will now correct AI's output for tools like update_user_details so that the request wont fail. For example, sometimes an AI would try to save your name but not have your email. It would make it as undefined which would get flagged by GHL - we reformat it now; since pushing, all request have had 100% success rate. - server log migration, youll notice your server logs are now attached to the specific message used to generate it so you can link cause and effect easier along with checking post-processing - Reseller portal overhaul - this will evolve throughout stages - sleep mode is patched ... other backend processes helper functions and optimizations for a cleaner, faster running software with more fallbacks. With stage 2 (over the weekend), we are introducing async actions - think of tools but happening by a 3rd party agent AI: - Higher rate limits, make more calls & campaign harder using the tool - Conversation classifier, constant summaries (accessible by voice AI as well), lead quality analyzer, and sentiment - Booking helper functions to never miss a booking again and if you do, it will be sent as a task to your GHL - Pipeline management, define the specifics of your pipeline in GHL with descriptions of each stage and have the AI move leads for you - production version of conversational pathways - production version of the chat widget - fallbacks for orb tons of stuff. all the psat few months of building coming to a head as we refine current processes and make them better, smarter, faster & more reliable.
So, everything looks the same?
