WIN: After a scare dealing with unexplained issues for the past 6 weeks, tests and scans are clear!!! Stuck/Struggling: accepting my energy is lacking and to take it day by day. Rushing the process will not benefit my overall health. GOAL: to take my progress one step at a time. Allow my body and mind to heal. No pressure. No guilt.
What are you really afraid of?
What am I afraid might happen if I actually succeed at losing the weight?

That I'll be soooo damn sexy!!! Jokes. Okay okay... I'm afraid of becoming comfortable in that new body and going back to my old ways and habits.

I should add...moreso because my "conscious" will convince me I can slip. I do know how powerful the mind is, so I believe the new healthy habits will overrun the old system - but there's still the fear of "slipping"
Wins
Lots of wins this week. I noticed that when I don't take the time to journal, my ability to keep an eating routine goes out the window. I found some cookies in the freezer and took them out - had a couple then realized if you want to stay clean they have to go - so in the trash, they went. Now when I feel the need for sweets, I have a protein drink as I also realise that protein is my friend. It keeps cravings at bay and my ability not to indulge.

@Cindy Legare I should specify... I don't have it on its own randomly throughout the day, I either have it with a meal or 1-2 hrs before bedtime. For example, I eat my protein, fat and carbs with a drizzle of honey or spoonful at the end... or at 7pm when I have my hot water I have about 1/4 teaspoon on the side (I don't like it in my water). I find adding that little bit on certain days curbs craving for sweets. Is that not the way to do it? If not, when can I have honey?

Today's ZOOM
I want to thank everyone for sharing as I was right there with all of you. I had lots of tears as this work really hits the base of my emotions and feeling those emotions is what i have always run away from. Keep busy and I don't have to feel. I did not know if I could handle the feelings or if they would destroy me. YES I CAN and I am all the better for it. The rest of the day was very interesting as I had no desire for anything other then food that would serve my body. I definitely released something. Now to see if this feeling lasts or will it shift to leave room for the next sub-conscious belief.

Very powerful, emotional and inspiring session. Thank you everyone for showing up for yourself and each other. We were vulnerable; held ourselves accountable, shared our insecurities and the beliefs that are weighing us down. Most importantly we were in a safe space and all understood as we could relate to one another. Thank you❤️❤️
