Starting on this path (what’s this?) my program said “must loose weight to feel better, stronger”. New choice - will choose to eat whole foods, trust a process where I don’t know the how outside of counting calories, macros etc. I’m sharing this personal video because my new choices have brought me here. I’m stronger and so proud of this moment. So thankful I’m working with Cindy!

Need new clothes
I noticed today that my jeans are loose, not just around the waist, but all the way down the legs. That’s a first. They usually just get baggy around the waist and top of my hips. 😊
