Financial Advisors
[UPDATE]. See comments. There is nothing to see here, but you might enjoy the discovery process. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ I tagged along with my 82-year-old mother today to vet her financial advisor. Once you get this Ronin stuff in your consciousness, it's really hard not to be curious and see potential opportunities. FACTS This little firm has 450 clients. Their clients having savings from $500,000 to $1,500,000 and pay a 0.84% per year management fee. They say they do no marketing and operate on referrals. If all their clients, were only at $500,000, that would be $1,890,000 in revenue. QUICK SIDE NOTE I have my opinions about financial planners, but let's talk about those another time. THE OPPORTUNITY? At the end of our session, they mentioned that they operate on referral only and so I asked my mother if she knew that. She didn't. I asked the planner if they educated their clients on how to bring in referrals. The guy said they are low key and don't want to pressure clients or seem desperate. I thought that was pretty wild. This is where I channeled the Travis Sago, Jay Abraham, Dan Kennedy general feeling that these guys weren't very optimized on their back-end. Could some Ronin come in and bolt on a referral system for a revenue share? A revenue share that resembles continuity? Say you had an automated tap into their reporting flow. Like some email marketing with some smart automations? And you could get $100 of that $350 per month. Get 100 of them and you've got $10,000 per month. It's not huge dollars for the one little firm, but how many of these firms are out there? Could you replicate this a few times? Has anyone explored this type of opportunity or have even a bigger idea around this?

@Jim Niswonger Bingo. I call it referral orchestration. A lot of the leading financial advisors are all about nurturing lifetime relationships with all of the (wealthy) people who already know them, like them and trust them, so that they do business with them again and so that they can orchestrate referrals. How do they do this: they send a lot of cards in the mail. Holiday, birthday, anniversary cards are huge in this space, as they have to comply with the FINRA rule on gifting, which means they can only give gifts worth $100 or less per year, so if they get commission a design firm to make awesome cards that cost $25/ea, they can stay top-of-mind and in good graces all year with quarterly "special event" mailings.

@Bill Eisenhauer True , but I was talking about cards from hallmark or custom printed with a personal note handwritten in blue ink by their hand, not an email.
Hopper Millions
I've been using groups, communities and forums + Email since 2005. I call them Hoppers. Email is still King. But a King without a Queen doesn't hold near the same power. The Queen is a community hopper. You've probably seen me use FB groups? What you may not know is the huge $$$$ we pull out. Pulling out $500 - $1,000 PER member during a campaign is not unusual. My best yet is $900,000 in initial sales from a hopper of 600. Cloning one community/group to another... Cloning email to a new community/group... Then applying some Hopper Mojo... ..is one of the most leveraged income plays in my playbook. After my Mojo Mastermind folks pleaded with me to show them how I was doing it... I took on a handful of "guinea pigs". They all paid $5k. They ALL made 6 figures from their FIRST HOPPER! I've got Hopper Millions sitting in Kajabi right now. She's lonely. Because it was a guinea pig program, it's a bit jumbly. I have added an overview training... And folks have gone thru it and crushed, but it's not all purty and stuff. But... ************************************************************************************************ There is nothing like community PLUS email together for converting small amounts of members into high 5 and 6 figure campaigns. *********************************************************************************************** The numbers almost don't seem believable. (I'm adding pics) This week a few Ronin heard about Hopper Millions. They are stoked about it and want to get a hold of it. I am somewhat reluctant to just hand over the keys, no charge. I don't really need the $5k, but I want them to know the power they've got in their hands. So... ********************************************* Here's what I'm thinking and my offer to you ********************************************* I've been running Hoppers with FB Groups for the last few years. SKOOL (the platform we're using now) is... ...way simpler ...more powerful

COFFEE DATE CALL RECORDING (easy multiple 6 figure potential)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EqFQxRK-0VrWy9INugyHYME_TP16KKG-/view?usp=sharing Wanna hear a COFFEE DATE CALL with a partner that could EASILY put multiple 6 figures on my books in the next month or two? Here’s a recording of an offer call I just had on Monday with a weight loss offer owner. Maybe you’ll find it helpful? If you have questions or comments…shoot me a DM or comment below. Couple things of note: I’ve removed some identifiable info…hence the weird edits…and I cut the call right where we start exchanging contact info. I know his business partner from another mastermind I was in…I stayed in touch with him casually until it made sense for him to link me up with his biz partner. I knew VERY little about the offer going in…except for the fact that I knew they were on track to close 10 high ticket deals a day and had exception front end buyer lead flow… which they buy from several different front end offers. These guys are VERY efficient with how they handle their leads. BUT…they recognize a point of diminishing returns with their follow up efforts after sales calls and the idea of monetizing those leads with a proven system that we’ve used to get some killer results for opened up his willingness to run a test (I ALWAYS position as a ā€œtestā€ because it lessens the commitment vibe and makes it easier to say ā€œyesā€ to). I stressed how important it was for me that, whether this test crushes or not (and I also tell him I have no idea if it will), my #1 priority is preserving their REPUTATION and BRAND. I stressed how important it is for us to stay outta the way of what he’s already doing…we want to be a bolt-on profit center. He starts telling me how much money he knows he’s got locked up in his list of non-buyers… I presell my hefty percentage… I get in front of some common objections… 1. that we might use a VA for this…we use a person I’ve spent years training from my home town.Ā  2. That we want to preserve his relationship with his internal sales team and not ruffle a single feather.Ā  3. That we’re not gonna swipe his leads

Easy Convo Opener
Travis says "Good closers work for great openers". Inside Planet Mojo I'm opening lots of conversations right now. Here's a peak behind the curtain... I'm not using any fancy words. If you check out the attached screenshots? You'll see all I'm saying is I like their mcguffin and asking if they're 'open to a sponsorship'. I'm getting ~40% positive replies. From completely cold outreach. None of these folks have the slightest idea who I am. Haven't even spelled out what a sponsorship looks like yet... ...Maybe it's to collab... ...Maybe give them money... ...Maybe I've got a Risk Free Proposal that'll take work off their plate and put money in their pocket... No one knows at this point but they seem curious to find out. I'm no persuasion scientist but if I had to guess? I think the reason this works so well is what Travis recently talked about. It's reaching out with an Investor/ "Can I give you money?" stance. (Feels better than the old 'buy my schtuff" stance.) As the saying goes "Birds fly. Fish swim. Deals fall through." ... And some of these deals will DEFINITELY fall through... The question is - would I have gotten far enough to present the deal if I didn't have a great opening stance? Update 6/29: We just had a sponsorship run. Paid $210 to go to a list of 6500 people. Within the first 36 hours... We've got about a ~50% opt in rate and enough people signed up to Travis' substack newsletter to pay for the mailing over the course of the next few months. Figure in the people who'll buy later after they get to know Travis better? This is definitely a winner.

How would you answer her question "what do you have in mind?" i.e..what does a sponsorship look like?
