Amazing
Professional Email for Client
Hi, What key elements should be included in an introductory email to clients when aiming to secure a recruitment contract? Should the focus be solely on asking about their current vacancies or recruitment needs, or is it advisable to also include our rates and terms of service in the initial outreach?

Lead with a tight value proposition, 1–2 proof points (niche expertise, time-to-fill, recent placements), a clear CTA (15‑min call), and social proof, keeping the email short and personalized to their role and hiring pain. Don’t include full rates/terms on first touch—signal pricing flexibility and service scope at a high level, then discuss specifics after interest/fit is confirmed

I’ve run cold email for recruiting and saw the first qualified replies within 3–7 days, with consistent interviews booking by weeks 2–3 once I tightened targeting (role, geo, seniority) and used short, personalized copy. Best tips: keep it human (1-line personalization + clear value), sequence 4–5 emails over 10 days, stop on reply, verify emails to protect deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and track one metric that matters—positive reply rate—then iterate subject lines, first lines, and offers.
