Brain Fog
Hi all. New here!! So I've been diagnosed with celiac disease and have had brain fog for about 2 months. I went gluten free 5 weeks ago and its gotten slightly better. My question is has anyone else dealt with this and how long did it take to go completely away? I still can't drive because of it.

GF Pierogi!
Anyone have those favourite foods/recipes they're nervous to try after diagnosis because it'd be heartbreaking if the GF version doesn't feel/taste the same? Pierogis were one of mine- I put it off for some time and finally attempted last week. I was so relieved they felt and tasted the same and that I could still fold them nicely! Here's the recipe :) https://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/gluten-free-potato-pierogi/

Vitamins and deficiencies
Hey guys!! New to being coeliac and taking care of myself in general. Beyond the prescribed medicines for deficiencies (I take iron and folic acid), what are the best vitamins and minerals to take that help coeliacs, or just people in general, function better?? Follow up question is what’s the best value for money? I’m a broke student so I don’t want to be spending unnecessary money! Thanks everyone, excited to be here 😊😊

Hi Ella and everyone in the community. My name is Helen I live in New York. Im so happy to have found something that can help me physically and mentally. I was just recently diagnosed and have only been gluten free for about 5 weeks. Its a struggle and emotional roller coaster for me. Im looking forward to speaking with people who are going through the same thing and understand. Being overwhelmed everyday is taking a toll but trying to keep positive and looking forward to this journey with all of you.
