Big Congrats To Krish 👉 $43K/m With His Lead Gen Agency 💸
Quick shout out to my client @Krish Patel who hit $43K/m in his agency a few monthly ago (probably more now, correct me if I'm wrong haha) Krish is a perfect example of what happens we you don't reinvent the wheel and just implement the fundamentals and stick with it. The biggest mistake I am seeing agency owners below $30K/m make right now is overcomplicating the fuck out of everything and trying to come up with some shiny new service the market hasn't seen before thinking this will be their edge. You don't need some fancy AI automation You don't need to sell websites / custom funnels You don't need to sell AI receptionists You don't need to sell custom content creation / social media management You don't even need to sell to some obscure blue ocean untouched niche either... Krish restarted his agency from scratch about 6 months ago and is on his way to hit $50K/m if he's not already there. He picked an established niche > made a subtle improvement to the core offer > ran paid ads to get inbound leads > booked calls consistently from those leads > closed clients every month. Everyone I am working with right now in the mastermind doing $30K - $50K/m & up is doing the same thing. Don't reinvent the wheel. Scaling an agency doesn't have to be hard if you follow the right process. Tell me in the comments your #1 biggest roadblock at the moment holding you back from scaling and @Ben O'Reilly with send you a personalised resource & training to help you with whatever you're stuck with right now 💪 Happy scaling (:

I hacked Amex & got $500K worth of points for free... 🤯
I know that sounds like clickbait but I'm 100% serious haha I just finished writing one of the bonus chapter for my new book launching soon "The One Man Agency" The chapter is titled "How to Credit Hack and Fly Business Class Around the World for Free" And in it I reveal this super secret black hat money glitch that I discovered completely on accident. Comment "points" on this post and I'll send you this entire chapter before the book is even out

Agency Owners that don't accept this will be left behind in 2025
The agency game is changing a lot in 2025... The niches that used to work will have you pulling your hair out The services that used to be profitable have been commoditised The gurus have flooded our industry & increased competition 10X But is "SMMA Dead"? No Not only is not not dead, but I believe that it's THE #1 MOST reliable model for making a high multi 6 figure income online And I think that agency owners who have the right skills and approach for 2025 are going to make a shit tonne of money Why? Because 99% of people in this game have lost their way They've taken the wrong advice because guru's sell you on what you want to hear not what you need to hear. "You don't need to be an expert just hire people to manage your clients" "You don't need to work hard, running an agency is a lifestyle business" Or you've gotten shiny object syndrome getting distracted with spin offs of this business model thinking that it makes a big difference. "Do pay per lead" > "Sell build & release infrastructures" > "Sell GHL SaaS" > "Sell consulting not DFY" > "Be a growth operator" > "Do only fans management" The reality is that these are all just fancy names for the same thing. Sell a solution for customer acquisition to a business That's all we are doing Businesses aren't going anywhere and they are always going to need customers So there will always be demand for marketing providers like us to help businesses get more customers It's that simple. And the reality is that the competition is weak. I look around at the space and it so obvious why people aren't winning. They aren't spending time mastering the 1 skill that actually makes this business model tick. That skill is marketing Isn't it obvious? You're all out here trying to run "marketing agencies" but I'm sorry to say most of you have a 3rd grade level understanding of marketing. And it shows. It shows in your content, your funnels, your ads, your outreach messages, your client results, your bank account.

Effective Lead Follow-ups for Real Estate Agents
In the real estate niche, when we generate leads for our clients with the goal of turning them into appointments, is it better for the clients to call and schedule appointments themselves, or should we handle the scheduling for them? Which approach is recommended and why? @Liam Casey

@Jp P I see, do you set phone appointments or in-person appointments for them?

@Liam Casey @Ryan Casey Would we change the goal of the AI Chatbot to schedule phone calls instead? so that the sellers can schedule the listing appointments themselves? As the chatbot schedules direct on site appraisals.
