Hi everyone, just wondering how do we stay in the same niche without using the same angles/creatives for paid ads and lead magnets? For example if I’m working for mortgage brokers wont they all need the same lead magnets? I don’t understand how I differentiate so I’m not using the same ads for all my clients.

Hey everyone 👋 Finally at a point in my agency where I have a solid client base running Meta ads and I'm starting to hit a wall with capacity. I'm torn between two hires and would love some input from people who've been here: Option A — Freelance Ad Creative Specialist Someone who can take raw footage I provide and/or use ai tools to produce high converting ad creatives (video + static) for my clients every two weeks. This is eating up a lot of my time right now and keeping me from focusing on growth. Option B — Junior Media Buyer / Ads Manager Someone to take on a few of my ad accounts so I can step back from day to day campaign management and focus on client acquisition. My instinct is to start with the creative person first since that's my biggest bottleneck right now .. Main question: Where are you finding good people for either of these roles? I want someone who actually understands Meta and direct response, not just a general video editor or VA. Any insight would be huge. Thanks 🙏

I have a free trial client following Liam's method in the real estate niche in Australia. I have my own personal FB account and ad manager account, but how do I run ads for their FB page? Probably a dumb question but haven't done this before.

i have reminders which is i usually book them next day . it is usually 24 hours before and 3 hours before 5 mins before.. sms reminder to sales call.. in my triage call , i ask them how are you getting clients, how many are you getting a month , where would you like to get , then book them..,, how do i get people to show up.... need some guiddance
