Here's the thing about cold outreach. The first message is just a filter (sometimes) The real opportunity is in the follow-up call & follow up message to people who opened or saw your message but didn't respond. Those people are warm. They just need a human voice / interaction. I personally call the non-responders in my SMS campaigns and it consistently converts contacts that would have otherwise been ignored. Automation starts the conversation. Humans close it. FOLLOW UP IS KEY
