Meta ad set location targeting out of state leads
Hi I've started a new campaign for a concreting client at $120 per day, but have gotten a lead (FB page lead) that said they're in QLD, even though our campaign is in NSW. Should I just exclude those locations at the ad set level or tweak any of these?

Real Estate Lead Gen Question
Hi guys, 2 quick questions for anyone doing real estate lead gen. Also shoutout to Liam for the advice on switching to a 7-day free trial offer, it’s been a much easier sell for both sides so far. Q1: I’ve been running Meta seller lead gen ads for an agent, and one of the other agents at the same agency has now reached out wanting the same service. The issue is that the second agent works a smaller postcode patch which slightly overlaps with the senior agent I’m already running campaigns for. I’m unsure what the best way is to structure this without causing overlap, competition, or confusion between campaigns/leads. Has anyone dealt with this before?I’m starting to think it may make more sense to run lead gen through the licencee/agency as a whole rather than individual agents. Curious how others structure this. Q2: Most agents are using their own CRM systems separate from GoHighLevel, which I use for forms, automations, and pipeline tracking. For these 7-day trials, I’m running the ads from the agent’s page, with leads coming into my GHL pipeline first. What’s the best way to then push those leads into the agent’s CRM/pipeline? I’m assuming API/webhook integrations are the best option, but interested to hear what systems/processes others are using. Thanks a lot in advance!
What's the Best offer for hair transplant clinics?
Hi Iam working with hair transplant clinics. I’m trying to figure out the best way to maximize revenue for the clinic while also reducing the time it takes to generate money. Here’s my dilemma:If I run a low-cost intro offer (like PRP or GFC 3-session package), it’s easier to get many leads from ads because the price is low and less risky for patients. However, these non-surgical treatments usually take 4–8 weeks or more to show visible improvement, which means the upsell opportunity to hair transplant surgery comes only after 3–5 months. This makes the overall time to earn from high-ticket surgeries quite long.On the other hand, if I directly advertise the hair transplant surgery, I can target people who are ready for the big procedure and potentially close revenue much faster but CAC is going to be way much higher .So my question is:Should I focus on a low-cost intro offer (PRP/GFC) and then upsell to transplant, or should I directly advertise for hair transplant surgery?Or is there a better strategy to maximize clinic revenue while also shortening the time to generate money from high-ticket procedures? What would you recommend as the best marketing approach for a hair transplant clinic?"
Just got two med spa clients.
Does anyone have any advice on what type of ads to run. They are both weight loss clinics. Like videos vs images and what offer to run for them.
