How do you handle the costs for this? in Australia the cost of GHL calls is expensive. Are you billing the clients separately or including it in your package with them?

Just had a great chat with Liam and looking forward to sharing as things progress., I've been in the agency game for 19 years offering web + marketing for clients... my agency has seen many iterations - we have clients from all over Aus across multiple industries and while our quality has been good during this time, and we've moved to a 95% recurring revenue model, in the modern market our deployment for clients has simply created too much complexity for our team to deliver across too many industries. Was nice to see someone local offering agency level support, I'm really excited to start our niching down process and sharing our experience while we roll this out with everyone in this group. I'd love to hear from any other agency owners who have taken this journey already! Any key takeaways for those starting to niche down? (we have two niches we're looking to target to start already!)
