Ok so I called the owner of this roofing company and I thought he was just some regular roofing company but finding out he is a Titan in my area and wants to meet for lunch next week with his marketing manager. When I mentioned ad spend he said would a couple thousand dollars work so he was clearly really warm. I’m just nervous on what exactly do I do to prepare for someone like this when I have never done this before. How do I prepare?

Going through the Lead Gen Mastery course and noticed Liam recommends offering discounts on treatments for med spas. Wanted to get some thoughts on this. I'm wondering if discounts can attract price sensitive clients who don't stick around long term? Has anyone had good results leading with a free consultation plus some kind of bonus instead? Trying to figure out which approach works better for retention.
