However, I had endless client dramas, sales team members would come and go causing a lot of volatility, I was having endless team meetings, still taking sales calls here and there to pick up the slack etc. I was working 12-15 hours a day and there was a thought I just couldn’t shake from my mind.
“This isn’t what I signed up for…”
When I asked myself, is this all worth it? When I was honest with myself the answer was no. I was stressed, burnt out, in “golden handcuffs” and not enjoying the business.
I was paying the bills (handsomely as well) But I KNEW… THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY.
And then BAM, it happened.
During this difficult time, I decided to flip the traditional agency model on it’s head completely, that if it worked it would mean I’d be making the same if not MORE profit from my business with less than HALF the work.
I thought to myself, "ya right, can this really work?”
But when you are desperate enough and have your back against the wall - you’re open to any possibility, no matter what it takes.
