Hello beautiful humans! After a week of being in Orlando [and extending our stay because of the snow storm back home in the Northeast] I am finally back and feeling recharged. I worked a bit while I was there, but I also had a lot of quiet time to think about this community and where we’re taking Hire a VA next. While I was gone, we had a couple of new members join us - both VAs and business owners looking for support! That’s always a good sign and makes my heart very happy. 😍 Growth is happening here and I’m really proud of the quality of VAs building their businesses with us. I spent some time thinking about systems, automations, and how to make the community more valuable for both sides of the table… the VAs and the business owners looking for support. It's become my #1 priority for my own business and will be sure to share some documentation with you all. Do you think 1:1 clarity calls would be helpful for VAs who want help tightening their offers and positioning, or for business owners who want guidance on hiring the right kind of VA support?
