Feels like a miracle
Well I did the workshop last night and after being stuck in bed for months I was able to walk to the shop a mile away, do shopping and walk back. Won't seem like a lot to most of you but I have m.e/cfs and fibromyalgia.. its somethingI thought I wouldnt be able to do again. Thank you so much. Looking forward to tonight. Just to clarify Im in England hence the time difference

Oh wow it is a big deal🥳 and I get it just feel lighter after these workshops this is my fourth when I started I could just go to kitchen bathroom and car. I can walk to the park now.

Huge gratitude
I couldnt make the live yesterday, so was very grateful that there was a replay. I have just finished watching. At the end of the practice, I was sobbing uncontrollably. I must have let go of something really big. Whatever happened, thank you Adam so so much. I feel as light as a feather right now.
