Outdoors Breathwork
My goal is to one day facilitate Breathwork outside on private property so there's no worry of on lookers. Has anyone done this before? Any pointers?

@Megan Bloom that's such great info and advice. I just did a part of my Reiki master training outside and wow.. it's going to be amazing doing breath work outside.

I love the work here it helped me so much to ground myself to anchor my life and body to be present this community is beautifully being safety and peace in our body . Resting and being myself has helped me since I was always so control and that held so much pressure now I feel relieved and more at peace
