Strong sense of justice. I work for Amazon. I don’t have the best Spanish skills but here’s what I noticed- For me and the other employees. My/Her app didn’t work. She has random physical pain. She can’t get the safety shoes to do her job properly. And also, she keeps getting blocked at every attempt to use the Amazon app. How can I advocate for her if I can’t speak the language?

Also, I’m petty. And thrive off of spite. 🐸🖕🏼💙✌🏼
I owe you an honest update. And some exciting news.
Hey family 👋 I have not posted in here since August. I am not going to pretend that did not happen. Here is the truth. I have been heads down building. Because I kept asking myself the same question for three years — how do I take 20 years of health and metabolic experience and create something that actually works for ADHD brains? Not another program that sounds good and falls apart. Something real. I think I finally have the answer. And it is all right here inside this community. Here is what is waiting for you when you look around. 🧪 The Dopamine Lab — this is the heartbeat. Navigate to The Dopamine Lab classroom and you will find the daily Zoom room. Every weekday the doors open at 4:30am MST and stay open until 7am. Camera on. Mic muted. ADHD adults from all over showing up to the same space doing their thing in silence together. This is called body doubling and the science behind it is real. Your brain activates differently when other people are present and working. It is the reason a gym works better than a living room. I rebuilt that here. 🏋️ Your Workout Programs — also inside The Dopamine Lab. Six programs built specifically for ADHD brains. Bodyweight. Strength. Mobility. Running. Core. Every one of them comes with full video demos and step by step instructions. You choose your first 8 week program, follow it, show up to the room. When you finish you choose another one. I add new programs every month. 🧠 The Other Classrooms — your education library. The rest of the classrooms inside this community are built around everything connected to ADHD. Brain science. Habit systems. Metabolism. Nutrition. Emotional regulation. Building daily structure that actually sticks. Click through each one and explore. There is a lot in here and more coming every month. This community is not a finished product. I am building it in real time and I want you — the people already in here — to help shape what it becomes. Go click around. Find The Dopamine Lab. Pick a program. Show up to the room Monday 3-16-25.
I owe you an honest update. And some exciting news.

Side quest hyperfocuses
I have a main hyperfocus which gets most of my love and affection. But then I have mini side quest ones and it got me thinking. Do any of you have similar? Drums first, followed by history and then kickboxing 🤣 What does that look like for you?

@Heather Pevan that is the truest statement ever! I don’t understand how some people don’t have hobbies. These I would say run a little deeper than just regular hobbies. Glad to know I’m not the only car girl!
Sense of smell
Anyone else have a heightened sense of smell?? Example: I'm Upstairs and can smell dog urine all the way in the kitchen! Walk by someone and their body odor knocks you down, and you gag! Or someone's got a gallon of stinky ass perfume on 🤮Plenty more examples but if YKYK...

is it an adhd thing that if you don’t give me a reason that makes sense for whatever ask, I am less likely to do it? for example- hey. Go get sun. Vs getting sun helps because a,b,c and d reasons and this is why it’s recommended. Does that question make sense?
