Side quest hyperfocuses
I have a main hyperfocus which gets most of my love and affection. But then I have mini side quest ones and it got me thinking. Do any of you have similar? Drums first, followed by history and then kickboxing 🤣 What does that look like for you?

And it’s one of the biggest mind games ADHD plays with us. This hit me hard recently, and I wanted to break it down in a way that actually makes sense — no fluff, no shame. Here’s the video I just posted on it. It’s real. It’s raw. It might explain a lot about how your brain works — and why “just start” doesn’t work for us.
