WHO IS READY FOR SOME LIVE Q&A
YALL, I am REVAMPING THE COMMUNITY! You may see some changes but only positive I PROMISE! Mostly branding and adding in more parenting specific sections. With that being said the purpose for the change is so that I can spend more time in the community doing live Q&A sessions every month. My goal is to do 2 of these 60min live sessions per month on different topics and if they go well add in 30 minute Q&A sessions through the week! I AM PUMPED ABOUT THIS!! And the first live will be COMING IN THE NEXT 2 WEEKS!!!!

2nd week new job
2nd week new job I am confident if I am not the top person in my second week they will let me go. I am not a competitive person so I could careless if I am not the top person. Now that I am aware of this I believe I can be the top person even though I'm not competitive. I can do anything I just need to know what you want me to do and let me do it Idon't need constant feedback. This is what I would say to an employer if they gave me the chance. The schedule is clock in at 1 pm you get off at 830 pm Monday through Friday. A typical day get to the office at 1 pm socialize with the team till everyone gets here but we leave in the van at 1:15 pm to grab lunch as a team close to our territory. We want to be in the van ready to leave in the van at 2:15 pm. You will all be dropped off in your territory by 2:45 pm. You will knock all doors except no soliciting signs. You will get picked up by 4:30 pm to go to break at a local gas station. We want to be in the van ready to leave at 4:45 pm. You will all be dropped off back to where we picked you up from by 5 pm. You will go back to do reknocks and knock all doors except no soliciting signs. You will get picked up by 8:15 pm to go home. We should get back to office before 8:45 pm if after that you will get paid for the time. You will drop off your leads at the receptionist desk and write down your numbers then you can go home. I work Monday through Friday 1 pm to 830 pm with Saturday and Sunday off.

Hi I have been battling for years & never knew why or what this was about??!!
Hi there My Name is Dave Hughes & I am 56 years of age I have been a personal trainer (pt) for 25 years & always battled with mental thoughts, hence retraining from the corporate world 25 years ago to be a pt & body transformation coach. In this process I moved to Australia from the UK for 1 year in 2000 & lost 60 pounds in weight & got myself healthy through diet & exercise & qualified over in Australia The reason i got into coaching is that exercise makes me feel good & I find when I am exercising I look after myself better - hence making this my job for all this time. Before this i was in the corporate world & drinking too much at weekend but always exercised in the week. Around 8 years ago I was super low & not having great thoughts & my Doctor tried to put me on Anti Depressants which I refused & tried so hard to fight this through exercise & food. I found that even though i exercised I would also like a drink on a Saturday night to switch off. I find that over the last 20 odd years I get these cycles of when things start to overwhelm me i get this again & again I am constantly either up or down & pushing myself physically to give me motivation. Some days I am on fire & other days i feel i have to act ?? Some days I feel really low / anxious or even depressed I use exercise to fuel me I started Ice plunging 475 days ago & do this every morning around 5am before work to make me feel alive before I starts coaching. My wife watched a youtube - podcast with a UK reality star that had ADHD & was talking to the host about his behaviour - OMG it was like he was talking about me So yesterday I had a meeting with psychiatrists from London - OMG I have been told I have Severe ADHD ?? I am literally just finding out what this is about & after reading the coursework its like @Adam Geiger is talking about me!!!! I cannot believe i have found this & I cannot thank you enough Adam for letting me in your lovely group I actually feel now I am not going mad :))))
