AI Reflection
The Year End Reflection and the Commitment Letter have had such a profound effect on being able to point me in a solid direction (rather than having thousands of items on an internal, ever worsening, to do list, bombarding me all day long). I feel the plan is doable and am excited to continue in the direction AI laid out for me. I feel calmer. Little by little I am actively decluttering. (making room for my dream of a dedicated Workshop / Art Studio). I put a box full of plastic food containers I had saved because they were 'good' containers, and another box full of paper, into the recycle bin this week. I gained some space and that is a WIN.

@Pam Raney Ooo, that sounds like a handy way to manage my garage/storage area. The basic labels are great, but I still have to go dig box out and open and dig through it to know if he exact item(s) I want are in that box. Thanks for sharing!

Sage is freaking awesome! 🤩
Hey everyone, I just had my first chat with Sage—OMG, she’s so smart! I basically brain-dumped all my tasks, projects, and priorities, and told her I was feeling overwhelmed. Sage helped me break everything down step by step and sort out what really matters. After just three questions, Sage said something powerful: before diving into work, I need to prioritize my 7YO son—no exceptions. That really hit home. She helped me come up with small, manageable daily and weekly options I can spend time with to build relationship. I wanted to pick three things to focus on, but Sage gently advised against it and suggested starting with just one small daily task to build habit stacking. Once I agreed, she gave me a full weekly plan. It’s like having a wise mentor guiding me, but also a super-efficient personal assistant. If you haven’t tried it yet, definitely let Sage help you!

Wow! That sounds amazing! I haven't tried that feature yet, but I was just talking today about finding AI-assisted tools for helping me build effective routines and systems. Now I can start with tools I already have!
Vision board
The other day my daughter told me, “after work I will go to my friends she wants us to do a vision board for 2026. How boring!” I encouraged her to go and have fun with the crafty side she loves. She did and now she helped me choose my pictures! Bison board on its way with one of my fav person!

@Sara Edvardsson Me too! The FigJam app is really neat, but I'm going old-school with some posterboard and craft supplies. Getting the task done and getting some energizing fun crafty time too!
Feeling some Momentum
I wrote in the Wins Section last week how I cleaned off one counter in my kitchen and how good it made me feel to see a small uncluttered space. I have taken care of that area for almost two weeks now, returning it to it's clean & tidy state after each use. Since then, I have started to declutter another counter in my kitchen, this area is kind of a catch all area so it's harder. But it is clear more than it is cluttered. I also find myself doing the dishes (by hand) twice a day, instead of daily or every other day, because I want the sink, and the area around it to be free from clutter (third and last countertop in my kitchen). I also completed a loop I have been ruminating on, and set up a paper shredding station in my hallway. I had 4 boxes of papers I need to shred, and have done 1 1/2 by just doing a little at a time throughout the day. (the boxes have been sitting there since Spring 2025). My brain is starting to notice things that need to be done rather than just accepting things the way that they are, It's becoming fun and exciting to grab something and put it away (or throw it away). Where as before anything out of place was always elicited a negative emotion. I can't wait for class to officially start!!

I LOVE books, music, and dance! If I could, I would read for hours each day, while listening to music, with occasional dance breaks. Alas, life...
