Introduction to GSH (Glutathione-Cysteinyl-Glycine)
The primary ingredient in Immunocal is a proprietary, undenatured whey protein isolate that is rich in bonded cysteine, an essential precursor for your body to produce its own glutathione (GSH). Core Ingredients: - Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate: This is the main component of all Immunocal products. It is a high-purity protein that is a natural source of the amino acid cysteine (in its stable form, cystine), which is the rate-limiting factor in glutathione synthesis in the body. Ingredients in Specific Immunocal Products: Immunocal Platinum: The Platinum version has the same core whey protein isolate as the original, but with two added proprietary blends: - Cytokine Modulating Peptides (CMP)™: These are small proteins intended to help regulate inflammation. - Redox Modulating Formula (RMF)™: A blend of natural citrate minerals (potassium, magnesium, and calcium) and creatine, designed to help maintain proper muscle function and support the body's natural pH balance. Immunocal Sport: The Sport version is formulated with additional ingredients to enhance athletic performance and recovery: - Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate: The glutathione precursor base. - L-Citrulline and Beet Root Extract: These ingredients are intended to boost nitric oxide production, which improves blood flow and endurance. - Tart Cherry Extract: An antioxidant-rich component to help reduce muscle soreness and improve recovery. - Magnesium: An essential mineral that aids in muscle recovery. Immunocal Booster: This is a separate superfood supplement, intended to be used alongside the protein powder. Its ingredients include: - Nrf2 Catalyst™ blend with Sulforaphane (from broccoli seed extract) and Selenium: These activate the body's internal antioxidant defense system (the Nrf2 pathway). - Over 50 organic fruits and vegetables phytonutrient blend. - Vitamins A, K, C, E, and B12. - Some versions also include natural sources of caffeine from green tea, green coffee, and guarana extracts.

Introduction to GSH (Glutathione-Cysteinyl-Glycine)
2.10.26 ~ Tuesday Reflection & Prayer
TUESDAY ~ HOPE, PURPOSE & PROVISION Soft morning light through the window. Steam rising from my cup. Quiet before the world fully wakes up. I’m sitting at my desk, hands wrapped around a cup of warm coffee, looking out over the landscape God has entrusted to me. The trees stand still. The sky is calm. And the snow is melting. Something inside me feels settled. Clarity. For a long time, I prayed for direction. Now I understand — it wasn’t direction I needed. It was courage to fully step into the vision already placed in my heart. My vision is clear: To build a community where hope, purpose, and financial possibility exist for those who feel confined by circumstance. For the man or woman who feels shut-in. For the one living month to month on just their Social Security. For the one who wonders, “Is this all there is?” Through Ageless Wisdom, I’m offering connection. Through consistency, I’m offering structure. Through faith, I’m offering stability. Through mentorship and community, I’m offering a path. And through systems already in place, I’m showing that income can be created from right where you are. Isolation does not have to be the end of the story. It can become the beginning of opportunity. I have watched it happen in my own life. Loneliness replaced with connection. Fear replaced with growth. Uncertainty replaced with steady action. And I know this: When we anchor ourselves in faith and surround ourselves with wisdom, provision follows purpose. TODAY’S REFLECTION Your circumstances may feel limiting — but your calling is not. PRAYER God, Thank You for clarity. Thank You for vision that grows stronger with obedience. For every person reading this who feels confined — by health, by finances, by fear, or by weather — remind them that You are not confined by any of it. Show us how to transform isolation into opportunity. Give us consistency when motivation wavers. Give us courage when doubt whispers. And remind us that provision flows where purpose is honored.

TUESDAY ~ FAITHFUL IN SMALL ACTS Cold. Bright. Snow underfoot. Birdseed in hand. Love in motion. This morning I bundled up and stepped outside into the fresh snow, walking carefully toward the koi pond to refill the two birdfeeders. Everything is still covered in white, the kind of quiet that makes you instinctively lower your voice. The path is slower today. Each step intentional. The ground reminding me to pay attention. The birds were already waiting—watching from the trees, trusting I would come. They didn’t rush me. They didn’t panic. They simply stayed close. As I poured the seed, I thought about how often the smallest acts are the most faithful ones. No audience. No announcement. Just showing up again to tend what’s been entrusted to us. God meets us in these moments. Not always in the big gestures, but in the steady ones. The quiet obedience. The care we give when no one is watching. TODAY'S REFLECTION Faith is often practiced in small, ordinary acts of care. What you tend today matters more than you realize. PRAYER God, Thank You for the simple opportunities to serve, for the reminders that love is lived out in small, faithful steps.Help us move with care, pay attention to what You’ve placed in our hands, and trust that even the quiet acts are seen by You.Teach us to walk gently, give generously, and remain present—even in the cold seasons. Amen. 🙏 Until tomorrow, may you walk slowly, love faithfully, and remember—you are never alone. With love, Grandma Grady

What to do in this crazy time of chaos.
What to do in this crazy time of chaos. 1. Put your phone on airplane mode. 2. Set the timer for 1 hour from now. 3. Sit with your eyes closed. 4. Notice how many thoughts are coming up with problems that you want to respond to. 5. Notice that responding to that issue would be you in reaction to your mind. Don't respond, keep sitting there. 6. Continue to sit and just accept the thoughts that come up, but don't react from them. 7. Just keep listening and loving every fear based thought that is coming up as if it's a little kid that wants to be heard. 8. Continue to accept yourself and love thoughts that show up so that they can leave. 9. As they leave, new thoughts come up. Love them too. 10. Be surprised to experience that you are the quiet space that is loving the thoughts, as opposed to the thoughts themselves. 11. Stay in this place and continue to go deeper until the alarm goes off. 12. Around 40 minutes in, notice how much more you are connected to your heart over your fear. 13. Make decisions from the heart. 14. Stay connected to this place for the day. 15. Notice when you respond to anyone, it's from this place. This helps them to do the same for themselves. 16. Be a space of connection and love. 17. Discover all of the by products like love, health, relationship, career benefits that come from living here. 18. Continue to stay here and watch as anxieties and addictions start to become quieter. 19. Start to live life from your heart. Continue this exercise daily for 90 days. You will not be responding from your head any more. 20. Change your entire inner world. 21. Change the planet. Don't knock it until you have actually tried it. Go deep and free your soul. When you're in your head, you respond to what the world tells you. When you're in your heart, the world responds to you. Let me know here if you did it today. By Kyle Alan Cease

@Martyn Green this is a great reminder that "Nothing changes, if Nothing changes" Today is the day to start taking tiny baby steps toward making posiive changes and your list is a great place to start. Have a Great Day!!
How Do You Start Your Day?
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how powerful our first hour of the day really is. How did you start your day today? Have you ever thoroughly sat down and examined how you begin your day? Has it become a good habit that propels you to be the best God created you to be or is your daily routing hindering you from having the life you always dreamed? Try out a new way of starting your day for a week or so... Not in a pressured way. Not in a “you should be doing this” way. Just in a gentle, noticing kind of way. When I finally paid attention to how I was starting my mornings, I realized something sweet and simple… the tone of my entire day was being set before I even realized it. I set my day to doing things I really enjoy - I love talking to the Lord, I just never made one on one time with Him, just He and I and no interuptions. Now, I don't turn my phone on until He and I are done talking. For a long time, I would sit first thing in the morning with my cup of coffee and scroll Facebook first thing. It felt harmless. Cozy, even. But if I’m honest, it was my biggest time waster — and sometimes it filled my heart before God had a chance to. So I began making small changes. One at a time. No drama. No big overhaul. Just replacing habits instead of trying to fight them. Now, I give my first hour to the Lord. I start talking to Him the moment my feet touch the floor. While I’m brushing my teeth. While the coffee is brewing. Just quiet conversation with my Heavenly Father. Then I sit at my little bistro table by the patio window. I look out at my backyard and watch the birds finishing up the seed in their feeder. They’ve learned my rhythm — they know once I’m done with my quiet time, I’ll be out there to refill it. 🐦 On my table I keep my Bible, my notepad, my gratitude journal, and my prayer journal. They stay there — ready for me every morning. Sometimes a verse comes to mind and I look it up. Sometimes I’ll read a passage and linger there a while, letting it speak to my heart.
