2.12.26 ~ Thursday Reflection & Prayer
THURSDAY ~ SUNLIGHT & SURRENDER The sun poured in early this morning. Not timid light. Not filtered light. Full, golden, steady sunshine across the kitchen table. After weeks of watching snow settle and temperatures dip, today felt like a gentle exhale. The kind of morning where you open the curtains a little wider and let the warmth rest on your shoulders while your coffee cools beside you. I spent the early hours putting the final touches on Night to Shine — our beautiful Kings and Queens, the details, the final confirmations, the quiet tying up of loose ends. My heart feels full knowing what’s about to unfold. And now… I let it rest. Nine months until we begin again. A rhythm. A season. A pause. I completed half of my monthly Mental Health newsletter as well. Words carefully chosen. Sentences shaped with intention. There is something sacred about writing for others when you know someone may read it on a hard day. And yet, woven through all of this productivity… was something softer. Today I slowed down. I rested. Before I take my daughter to the hospital for her pre-op appointment — before next Wednesday arrives — I allowed myself to reflect a little deeper than usual. The kind of reflection that requires quiet. The kind that brings tears you didn’t expect. I shared my "Letter to My Daughter" in the "Stories of People of Wisdom" section this morning. Two hours. So many tears. Some heavy. Some healing. There is a tenderness that surfaces when you write what your heart has carried for years. Sunlight on the table. Tasks completed. Love, poured onto paper. And beneath it all… surrender. TODAY’S REFLECTION There are days for productivity. And there are days for presence. Sometimes God gives us both in the same morning. When you allow space to feel — not just function — clarity begins to rise. What you pray in private often prepares you for what is coming. PRAYER God, Thank You for sunlight after long stretches of cold. Thank You for purpose in service and tenderness in motherhood. As we prepare for next week, steady our hearts. Cover our children with Your peace. Give us strength where we feel fragile and courage where we feel uncertain.

Introduction to GSH (Glutathione-Cysteinyl-Glycine)
The primary ingredient in Immunocal is a proprietary, undenatured whey protein isolate that is rich in bonded cysteine, an essential precursor for your body to produce its own glutathione (GSH). Core Ingredients: - Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate: This is the main component of all Immunocal products. It is a high-purity protein that is a natural source of the amino acid cysteine (in its stable form, cystine), which is the rate-limiting factor in glutathione synthesis in the body. Ingredients in Specific Immunocal Products: Immunocal Platinum: The Platinum version has the same core whey protein isolate as the original, but with two added proprietary blends: - Cytokine Modulating Peptides (CMP)™: These are small proteins intended to help regulate inflammation. - Redox Modulating Formula (RMF)™: A blend of natural citrate minerals (potassium, magnesium, and calcium) and creatine, designed to help maintain proper muscle function and support the body's natural pH balance. Immunocal Sport: The Sport version is formulated with additional ingredients to enhance athletic performance and recovery: - Undenatured Whey Protein Isolate: The glutathione precursor base. - L-Citrulline and Beet Root Extract: These ingredients are intended to boost nitric oxide production, which improves blood flow and endurance. - Tart Cherry Extract: An antioxidant-rich component to help reduce muscle soreness and improve recovery. - Magnesium: An essential mineral that aids in muscle recovery. Immunocal Booster: This is a separate superfood supplement, intended to be used alongside the protein powder. Its ingredients include: - Nrf2 Catalyst™ blend with Sulforaphane (from broccoli seed extract) and Selenium: These activate the body's internal antioxidant defense system (the Nrf2 pathway). - Over 50 organic fruits and vegetables phytonutrient blend. - Vitamins A, K, C, E, and B12. - Some versions also include natural sources of caffeine from green tea, green coffee, and guarana extracts.

WEDNESDAY ~ PURPOSE IN MOTION The air felt different this morning. Not warm exactly… but softer. After weeks of bitter cold and heavy layers, today the temperature finally rose just enough for me to step outside without bracing myself against it. I opened the door slowly and let that fresh air touch my face. The snow is still here, but it’s melting at the edges. The sound of water dripping from the gutters felt like a quiet promise. Seasons shift. And so do we. After my time with the Lord this morning, I stood outside longer than I needed to… just breathing. Thinking about how grateful I am that I stepped out of retirement instead of shrinking into it. Stepping out of retirement wasn’t about going back to work. It was about stepping forward into purpose. There’s something powerful about choosing not to coast. About deciding that your experience still matters. That your voice still carries weight. That serving others doesn’t expire at a certain age. When I chose to build Ageless Wisdom… when I chose to align with mentorship and systems that allow me to serve from home… when I chose to show up daily even when it’s cold, even when it’s hard… That was me stepping into motion again. And today, standing outside in the softened air, I realized something: Purpose keeps you warm in seasons that would otherwise feel cold. TODAY’S REFLECTION Retirement can be a resting place…but it doesn’t have to be your final chapter. There is still purpose in you. There is still impact in you. There is still someone who needs what you carry. PRAYER God, Thank You for seasons that change and for the courage to change with them. Thank You for purpose that does not retire and for opportunities to serve no matter our age. Help us step forward when fear whispers to stay comfortable. Remind us that usefulness and calling do not expire. May we never settle for small when You are still writing our story. Warm our hearts as the weather warms today.Keep us moving with intention. Amen. 🙏 Until tomorrow, may you feel useful, connected, and hopeful—and remember, you are never alone.

@Debra Grady Once again Thank you for inspiring me!
What to do in this crazy time of chaos.
What to do in this crazy time of chaos. 1. Put your phone on airplane mode. 2. Set the timer for 1 hour from now. 3. Sit with your eyes closed. 4. Notice how many thoughts are coming up with problems that you want to respond to. 5. Notice that responding to that issue would be you in reaction to your mind. Don't respond, keep sitting there. 6. Continue to sit and just accept the thoughts that come up, but don't react from them. 7. Just keep listening and loving every fear based thought that is coming up as if it's a little kid that wants to be heard. 8. Continue to accept yourself and love thoughts that show up so that they can leave. 9. As they leave, new thoughts come up. Love them too. 10. Be surprised to experience that you are the quiet space that is loving the thoughts, as opposed to the thoughts themselves. 11. Stay in this place and continue to go deeper until the alarm goes off. 12. Around 40 minutes in, notice how much more you are connected to your heart over your fear. 13. Make decisions from the heart. 14. Stay connected to this place for the day. 15. Notice when you respond to anyone, it's from this place. This helps them to do the same for themselves. 16. Be a space of connection and love. 17. Discover all of the by products like love, health, relationship, career benefits that come from living here. 18. Continue to stay here and watch as anxieties and addictions start to become quieter. 19. Start to live life from your heart. Continue this exercise daily for 90 days. You will not be responding from your head any more. 20. Change your entire inner world. 21. Change the planet. Don't knock it until you have actually tried it. Go deep and free your soul. When you're in your head, you respond to what the world tells you. When you're in your heart, the world responds to you. Let me know here if you did it today. By Kyle Alan Cease

2.6.26~ Friday Reflection & Prayer
FRIDAY ~ PERSPECTIVE & GRATITUDE Inside. Bundled. Warm bed. Cold pressing in. Heart expanding. I stayed in bed a little longer this morning, wrapped in layers, listening to the quiet hum of winter while having my quiet time talking to the Lord. I just heard the weather report—Extreme Cold Watch in effect from Saturday evening through Sunday afternoon. We haven’t had a winter like this in years. It been the longest stretch of time I can remember staying bundled just to step outside the house. I’ll admit—there are moments I long for a break in the temperatures. For the ease of running errands without piling on layers, scarves, gloves, hats. You bundle up to face the cold, then step into warm stores and suddenly feel like you’re carrying a load—too warm, shedding layers, trying not to sweat in winter clothes. It’s all part of the season. And this morning, instead of complaining, I find myself grateful. Grateful to live here on Long Island, New York—one of the few places where you truly experience all four seasons, each distinct and vibrant in its own way. Winter, with its deep cold and generous snow, has a way of covering all the impurities—softening the landscape, making everything look fresh and new. Fall brings the most breathtaking foliage I’ve ever seen. And I’ve lived all over the world. The colors here—rich reds, glowing golds, deep ambers—feel like a final celebration before rest. Spring… oh, spring. Watching the first buds appear on the trees, and my cherry tree bursting into full bloom with the softest pastel pink flowers—it’s nothing short of breathtaking. And summer—never too extreme—made joyful by lakes, beaches, and the Atlantic Ocean just thirty minutes away. The drives out East along the North Shore, lush green trees, vineyards, farm animals grazing, and farm stands offering fresh fruits, vegetables, and cold lemonade—it all feels so alive. So refreshing. Thinking about the seasons this morning makes today’s bitter cold feel lighter. Temporary. Purposeful.
