I AM NOT OKAY!
🎵 I’m NOT OKAY — But There’s HOPE Ahead 🎵 How ironic that this was my very first post I made when I started this Ageless Wisdom Skool community. I posted this on Oct 25th, 2025 and last night Jelly Roll won three Grammy awards!! 🏆🥇🥈🥉 Here is a quick reel of the Best Acceptance speech I have ever, ever heard: 🌟 MUST WATCH: 👉 https://www.facebook.com/reel/1392592945669944 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 👇 This is the original post from 10.25.25 on opening day: If this is how you feel right now… please know, there is HOPE ahead. You’re in the right place, and we’d love to help you get your life back in order so you can finally live the life you’ve always dreamed of — just like Jelly Roll! If Jelly can do it… SO CAN YOU — with the right support community behind you! 💪 Here at Ageless Wisdom with Grandma Grady, you’re not doing this alone. I’ll connect you with legendary entrepreneurs and mentors who are the real deal. Want to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually? You’ll love it here. I'll introduce you to my personal growth mentor Mr. @Robert Hollis who has helped create over 65 millionaires — and as I like to say, "we’ve got to get ya straight in the head first before your bank account follows"! 😄 If you’ve let yourself go a bit physically (we’ve all been there!), and you’re ready to get in shape and stay that way, I’ll introduce you to my fitness coach, who’s been transforming lives for over 30 years — teaching a permanent, realistic way to stay strong and healthy for life. This is a faith-based, non-denominational community, and everyone is welcome here. Whether you’re Jewish, Baptist, Catholic, or even just feeling lost right now, you belong here. 💖 We’ll wrap our arms around you, walk beside you, and encourage you on your journey of faith, growth, and rediscovery. NO judgment — just love, support, and truth shared with grace. ✨ 🎶 Watch the song that inspired this message:👉 Jelly Roll – “I’m Not Okay”

2.2.26 ~ Monday Reflection & Prayer
MONDAY ~ LISTENING & RENEWAL Morning complete. Spirit settled. Snow loosening its grip. Light returning. I’m back at my desk after finishing my morning rich-ual—talking with God, then listening. Not rushing. Not asking. Just being present. Outside, the snow is beginning to melt, even though the air is still sharp and cold. The sun is bright this morning, unapologetic in its warmth, doing its quiet work one ray at a time. The birds know it. Cardinals flash red against the white. Blue jays announce themselves boldly. Red Robins hop closer than before. And everywhere—baby sparrows, busy and curious, feeding without fear. As The 6 Phase Guided Meditation plays, I notice how different listening feels from striving. Nothing needs to be solved. Nothing needs to be proven. Alignment happens when we stop filling the space and allow truth to meet us there. God often speaks after we finish talking. And clarity often arrives after we finish pushing. This morning feels like a gentle reset—a reminder that renewal doesn’t always come through change, but through attention. TODAY'S REFLECTION When you slow down enough to listen, you may discover that God has been speaking all along. PRAYER God, Thank You for the gift of stillness and the discipline of listening. Help us begin this week aligned rather than hurried, open rather than guarded.Teach us to trust the quiet work You are doing beneath the surface, just as the snow softens and gives way to new life. May our thoughts be clear, our spirits steady, and our hearts receptive to Your guidance today. Amen. 🙏 Until tomorrow, may you listen deeply, move gently, and remember—you are never alone. With love, Grandma Grady 💛

1.30.26 ~ Friday Reflection & Prayer
FRIDAY ~ INTEGRATION & GRATITUDE Inside. Quiet again. Breath slower.Week settling into place. I’m back at my desk this morning, the same view outside—snow still lingering, softened now by time and footsteps. The rush of the week has eased, and what remains feels quieter, fuller. My Bible is still open where I left it. My notebook carries the traces of conversations, thoughts, prayers. The chair beneath me feels familiar—steady. This week held movement. Anticipation and Connection. Moments that stretched me and moments that confirmed what I already knew. I’m learning that Fridays aren’t meant to push us forward as much as they are meant to help us take stock. To notice what landed. What shifted. What deserves gratitude before we move on. God doesn’t waste a single moment. Even the ones that felt uncertain at first. Especially those. So today, I pause—not to analyze, but to acknowledge. The growth. The grace. The quiet ways God met me right where I was. TODAY'S REFLECTION Before you rush into what’s next, take a moment to honor what this week has already given you. PRAYER God, Thank You for carrying us through this week—for the seen and unseen ways You guided, protected, and stretched us. Help us integrate what we’ve learned and release what no longer needs to be carried forward. Teach us to end this week with gratitude rather than exhaustion, with trust rather than striving. As we move toward rest, may our hearts remain open and our spirits grounded in You. Amen. 🙏 Until tomorrow, may you rest well, release gently, and remember—you are never alone. With love, Grandma Grady

2.1.26 Sunday Reflection & Prayer
SUNDAY ~ GRATITUDE & GOD'S FINAL WORD Morning light. New month. Sacred remembering. Hope standing tall. Today is the first day of February. A new week. A new chapter. And my heart feels especially full. Sundays always invite me to slow down, but today they also invite me to remember. Years ago, three doctors—in three different places, Thailand, Texas, and Tennessee—looked at me and told me the same thing: You will never be able to conceive. Man had spoken. But God had not. And then—God did what only God can do. He gave me a beautiful little girl. Born three minutes before midnight on Valentine’s Day. A living reminder that love has timing. That hope has a heartbeat. And that God always has the final word. When I look back now, I see how close despair and miracle can stand to one another. How easily we can believe what we’re told—until God interrupts the story with His truth. This new month begins with gratitude in my spirit. Not just for what God did then—but for what He is still doing now. TODAY'S REFLECTION What God has spoken over your life outweighs every diagnosis, limitation, or verdict spoken by man. Prayer God, Thank You for the miracles we remember and the ones still unfolding. Thank You for reminding us that You are not bound by human conclusions. Help us trust Your promises when the evidence says otherwise. Strengthen our faith to believe that what You have spoken will come to pass—in Your time and in Your way. As this new month and new week begin,we place our hope not in what we see,but in who You are. Amen. 🙏 Until tomorrow, may you begin this week with gratitude, walk forward in faith, and remember—God always has the final word. With love, Grandma Grady 💕
