I AM NOT OKAY!
🎵 I’m NOT OKAY — But There’s HOPE Ahead 🎵 How ironic that this was my very first post I made when I started this Ageless Wisdom Skool community. I posted this on Oct 25th, 2025 and last night Jelly Roll won three Grammy awards!! 🏆🥇🥈🥉 Here is a quick reel of the Best Acceptance speech I have ever, ever heard: 🌟 MUST WATCH: 👉 https://www.facebook.com/reel/1392592945669944 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 👇 This is the original post from 10.25.25 on opening day: If this is how you feel right now… please know, there is HOPE ahead. You’re in the right place, and we’d love to help you get your life back in order so you can finally live the life you’ve always dreamed of — just like Jelly Roll! If Jelly can do it… SO CAN YOU — with the right support community behind you! 💪 Here at Ageless Wisdom with Grandma Grady, you’re not doing this alone. I’ll connect you with legendary entrepreneurs and mentors who are the real deal. Want to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually? You’ll love it here. I'll introduce you to my personal growth mentor Mr. @Robert Hollis who has helped create over 65 millionaires — and as I like to say, "we’ve got to get ya straight in the head first before your bank account follows"! 😄 If you’ve let yourself go a bit physically (we’ve all been there!), and you’re ready to get in shape and stay that way, I’ll introduce you to my fitness coach, who’s been transforming lives for over 30 years — teaching a permanent, realistic way to stay strong and healthy for life. This is a faith-based, non-denominational community, and everyone is welcome here. Whether you’re Jewish, Baptist, Catholic, or even just feeling lost right now, you belong here. 💖 We’ll wrap our arms around you, walk beside you, and encourage you on your journey of faith, growth, and rediscovery. NO judgment — just love, support, and truth shared with grace. ✨ 🎶 Watch the song that inspired this message:👉 Jelly Roll – “I’m Not Okay”
Consistency Beats Perfection
My mentor has an expression he patented, "Documentation Beats Conversation". Well today I told someone my saying is "Consistency Beats Perfection" Perfection is intimidating. Consistency is attainable. Perfection waits for the perfect time… Consistency starts with what you have. Perfection gets stuck in overthinking. Consistency moves forward — even when it’s messy. The truth is, most people don’t fail because they aren’t talented. They fail because they stop. Small actions repeated daily create momentum. Momentum creates confidence. Confidence creates results. A person who shows up imperfectly every day will always outperform the person waiting to get it “just right.” Consistency builds trust — with yourself and with others. It proves commitment. It creates habits. It compounds over time in ways perfection never can. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up. Perfection is an event. Consistency is a lifestyle. And lifestyles win.

Promoted to G3 (GREAT Grandma Grady)
Well… THIS escalated quickly I went to a baby shower today… and walked out with a PROMOTION!! I’m going to be a GREAT Grandma!! Now before anyone says anything… NO, it’s not my grandson Sal—he’s the one who made me a Grandma first …and then came my sweet, handsome James That title Grandma is locked in forever! But today… we leveled up And can I just say… My son absolutely NAILED it He built the entire backdrop himself—by hand—and the theme: “Here Comes the Son” And let me tell you… it wasn’t just beautiful… it was a whole feeling. the colors, the sunshine, the warmth… it honestly felt like the sun was shining inside that room the whole time. (See attached pictures made with love by my son Michael, the carpenter-master of all trades). So there I am… I show up to a baby shower… sit in front of that gorgeous sunshine backdrop feeling all kinds of special… And then… The mom-to-be, Janelle—who my son raised as his own daughter and has been part of our family for over 20 years—introduced me as: Great Grandma Grady She paused… looked at me… and said… “Wait… that’s THREE G’s…” And just like that… G3 was born. Now you KNOW I had to look it up - what does G3 stand for?… And you are NEVER going to believe this… G3 = Glutathione (3 amino acids) (The body’s master antioxidant… and yes, exactly what I promote and drink every morning...and I call it my BodyShot of Sunshine!) So let me get this straight… I show up to a baby shower… sit in front of a backdrop my son built with his own two hands …and leave with: A promotion from Grand to Great A new name - G3 And apparently… drinking daily a whole new level of greatness: G3 (G cubed)… triple the greatness!! You can’t make this stuff up This is what I call God-winks

Rules for Living Well With People
When you meet the young, inspire them. When you meet children, educate them. When you meet the elderly, respect and help them. When you meet the wise, learn from them. When you meet leaders, honour them. When you meet the foolish, avoid needless conflict. When you meet the humble, treasure them. When you meet the arrogant, ignore their noise. When you meet the gracious, emulate their spirit. When you meet the aspirational, elevate them. When you meet the strong, support them. When you meet the weak, strengthen them. When you meet the hardworking, encourage them. When you meet the kind, esteem them. When you meet the honest, promote them. When you meet the virtuous, reward them. When you meet the evil, evade them. And in all situations—watch, pray, and wish everyone well. Lessons From Lives That Refused to Quit Ben Carson “I struggled academically throughout elementary school, yet became one of the world’s best neurosurgeons.” Lesson: Struggle is often a sign that success is near. Don’t quit too soon. Bill Gates “I didn’t complete university, yet became one of the richest people in the world.” Lesson: School polishes potential—it does not create it. Cristiano Ronaldo “I told my father we would be very rich. I made it a reality.” Lesson: Your words shape your destiny. Speak life into your future. Lionel Messi “I served tea at a shop to support my training.” Lesson: Pain does not predict your future—belief does. Steve Jobs “I slept on floors and returned bottles for food before founding Apple.” Lesson: Being small today doesn’t mean you’ll be small tomorrow. Tony Blair “My teachers called me a failure.” Lesson: Don’t let someone else’s opinion become your reality. David Oyedepo “I started a church with three members.” Lesson: Believe in yourself—even when no one else does. Nelson Mandela “I spent 27 years in prison and became president.” Lesson: Your past does not cancel your purpose. Harland Sanders “I found my purpose after retirement.” Lesson: It is never too late to begin again.
