Yummy breakfast
This morning I had a sweet potato with steamed broccoli, sausage medallions, and lots off ghee for healthy fats. Rounded it out with a perfect smoothy of frozen berries, macadamia milk, peanut butter, ginger, turmeric, salt and pepper.

Wow, video came out great! Brought me back and reminded me how special it was… Miss you all… I know I have “been off the grid” and unable to make Fridays due to work but know I miss you and think of you often and continue to practice what I learned! It has helped me to survive in a stressful job… but that’s not enough to just get by… my body and I deserve more… so I am letting you all know that I just went through a long 6 month process to apply for early retirement and was approved the beginning of January 🙏🏻🙏🏻… God has certainly opened doors and been working on my behalf… Jan 30th is my last day after 28 years and I am really looking forward to a new chapter… one of continued healing and a lot less stress 😇😊… I look forward to catching up soon and please know you have all made a difference! Love ya and keep dancing Castine! 😆… be well, talk soon ❤️
Motivated after retreat
Came back motivated with what goes into my body! Meal prepped. Baked chicken thighs Veggie eggroll in a bowl Mushroom/Artichoke egg bake Heirloom/cucumber salad Bought a turkey breast to cook for sandwiches or turkey salad How's everyone else doing?

yahooo!! yeah, me too, been eating clean, organic, grass fed and sticking to pretty much protein, veggies and stuff like sweet potatoes, etc....making a difference for sure in how I feel. Great to get back on here, been a crazy schedule at work for me and disappointed not able to hop on Friday nights as I now work until 6pm on Fridays.........looking to get on a catch up on recordings. Hope you are doing great!! Hope everyone is doing great!
