Check out these colors! Butternut squash soup with steamed brocolli, grain-free pumpkin muffins with lots of ghee, and a green smoothy (celery, spinach, ginger, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, macadamia milk, Adaptogen powder, turmeric, salt/pepper, and ice.). Hope everyone is finding new ways to fuel the body during the last week of the cleanse. I’d love to see your creations!
Delicious veggie spaghetti squash dish
Roasted spaghetti squash is so fun, love how the light touch of a fork creates the needle. I added the squash to sautéed veggies and garlic, then added a splash of bone broth, coconut aminos, and lots of olive oil, salt, and pepper. This was a really so yummy!

Cauliflower soup… for breakfast!?
Okay, so fruits are coming out this week and I’ll miss my morning smoothie, but I’m enjoying this cauliflower soup with chopped bacon, sausage, sauerkraut, and a splash of hot sauce. Instead of heavy cream, I used macadamia milk. Not too bad!
