Check out these colors! Butternut squash soup with steamed brocolli, grain-free pumpkin muffins with lots of ghee, and a green smoothy (celery, spinach, ginger, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, macadamia milk, Adaptogen powder, turmeric, salt/pepper, and ice.). Delicious veggie spaghetti squash dish
Roasted spaghetti squash is so fun, love how the light touch of a fork creates the needle. I added the squash to sautéed veggies and garlic, then added a splash of bone broth, coconut aminos, and lots of olive oil, salt, and pepper. This was a really so yummy!
