Are you still using this group / following the program?
I just want to check the numbers, as we will be wrapping up this group soon. It's been highly rewarding helping many people and getting to know you all through this community. I would have liked to see a few more people commit; however, the problem with free stuff is that people don't always follow through. If there are only a few responses, we will bring the date forward, as there are platform fees. As of today, we won't allow any new members to join, just so we can come to a natural end. Hi @Mark Bryce I’m sorry for the late reply and silence on here lately. Life’s been a bit hectic. Anyway I wanted to say how massively helpful this programme had been and I’ve onward shared your details and advise with soo many people. The results have been amazing. I’m away on October hols now, back next week and I’m really looking forward to getting back into the healthy eating routine alone with workouts. I’d love to stay part of the group and share successes etc but do appreciate this is free and it does take a lot of your time which I’m massively grateful for.

For those of you who have seen a benefit from this program or know of someone you would like to do it with you, I need a favour. My goal which I'm determined to hit is to help over 1,000 people get healthy before the end of the year. As it stands, 425 people joined this group since we launched it mid August. Here's a couple of suggestions that would really help: 1. Do a post on your social(s) sharing your journey to date and what's changed. 2. Message your friends, colleagues and family members who you know need help with their health. 3. Ask for someone close like a partner to do it with you. 4. Ask your company HR if they would like to roll out a free corporate wellness perk. 5. Continue to share your WINS in the group to inspire those who have yet to leverage the program in the group. Guys, so: 1 Large sweet potato cubed 2 medium Potato’s cubed 1 tin of chickpeas 1 tin of lentils 1 tin of black beans 1 packet butternut cubes various curry spices( garam masala, mother in law powder, curry powder, salt and pepper) Bring to a boil, after al is well mixed and chickpeas and lentils soft add a tin of coconut cream. Served with an onion, tomato and carrot sambals and a popadom on the side ( made with lentil powder and coconut oil) heated till puffy in the microwave. I am 99%sure all ingredients listed are safe. but if not feel free to point it out that I can rectify the mistake.

Eating them in the past has always been a struggle for me. Since introducing this greens drink to my daily routine, I've noticed my skin has improved, my energy levels are considerably higher, and I have been feeling great. Greens
One week after …..
I finished the first 30 day challenge last Wednesday & at my weigh in on the Thursday morning I had lost a neat 7 kgs….new weight 119.3kg…I thought that was a great start… One week on… started the gut challenge on Monday… weigh in this morning…. 117.9kg…. Loss of 1.4kg.. I’m thinking maybe I need to slow the loss down … too fast a loss is not always a good thing…. Doing a 24 hr fast… started 7pm last night… Oh well…. Off to work I go… 🤗🙏🤗🙏

Ooh. I wasn’t sure if I was going to start the gut challenge because when I ran through the questions from memory I scored about 32 I think, so quite well. Fermented foods was one of my low scores for sure. However, after reading this I might just give it a go. But like you @Cathy Curnow i have received a couple of comments about the amount of weight lost but I feel fabulous so not sure I care too much about the nay sayers opinions. 🤣🤣
