Hello all, I have been quieter here over the last couple of weeks. If you follow me on LinkedIn you will see I have been to London for work, this took up my headspace and life for some time 😂😆. If you don't follow me but would like to keep in touch please reach out. I have missed doing the weekly accountability and the catch up calls. I am using apps to keep myself on track after this group closes down and also to remind me of how far we have come together on our journey. I have loved being part of this group. To those who have made it the inclusive, positive and supportive place that it is, you know who you are 😎😘 thank you so much!! Lemon caper Pork chop. Sea salt, cracked black pepper, almond flour, minced garlic, chicken stock, freskly squeezed lemon, capers, olive oil, served with a little fresh chopped parsley. Delicious and very filling.😋😋😋

I'm just adding another very simple meal, that fits in with our healthy "lifestyle change " habits, before the site closes, to give you another meal option. Home made lamb mince pattie with garlic, coriander and cumin, small amount of salt and pepper to enhance flavours. Served with some roasted vegetables of, red onions, peppers, squash and courgettes. Hope you'll like it. Again light, refreshing, delicious and filling 😋.
