This morning seemed to be the same as every other morning… rise, shower, meditate, breakfast, dress and then off to work…….. but then I realised the little changes that have happened…. 1. Rising a little earlier…a drink if water with lemon & apple cider vinegar and a quick bit of exercise then a shower 2. Meditate for an additional 5-10 min 3. Prepare my home made snacks and meals for the day ( previously either prepackaged salads or something bought on my way to work) 4. Breakfast…..the biggest change… previously something quick… boiled eggs or oats…. today I made a Herb Zucchini omelette with a side of rocket and avocado…. 5. Dressed and then off to work 6. Filtered water… purchased a filtered jug on weekend . Subtle, but to me, very significant changes.. Today’s breakfast, lunch and snacks.
