Nice one @Jordan Bhatt ! Keep it going strong 💪
Debut Trail Run
Completed my first trail event today, not going to lie, that was hard going! It was wet and muddy (news today said this January Madrid's rainfall has been 300% of the usual), I fell over at km16, and the last 3km were an effort. Per the screenshot in the days before I had a bout of diarrhoea and sickness, and I feel shattered now. Got it ticked off though and calling that a win👌

FEBRUARY KICKSTART - LET’S BUILD MOMENTUM
Happy Monday, team! First Monday of February 👊 When a new month starts, it’s really important that you create positive reinforcement. That means taking a minute to reflect, not to dwell, but to build momentum. Before we rush into February, look back at January: - What went well? - What didn’t? - What do we keep? - What do we adjust? - This reflection is what allows you to: - Win February - Get back on track if January wasn’t great - or build on momentum if it was 👇 Take 2 minutes and comment below: 👇 1️⃣ Your 1-3 biggest wins from January Personal, professional, health, fitness, nutrition all count. 2️⃣ Your biggest struggle And most importantly, how are you going to overcome it? (No victim mindset. Think proactively.) 3️⃣ Your 1-3 goals for February Clear, realistic, and action-focused. I’ll start with mine in the comments below. This is how we move forward with intention instead of drifting. Let’s make February count. 🔥

Thanks for the kickstart @Simon Johnson ! Good to look back to help plan the way forward. ✅ Jan wins • Finding the routine again after the holidays • Signing up for a triathlon and starting the training programme (finding a pool was the hard part!) 📉 Struggles to overcome • Adjusting nutrition mindset to maintenance/performance with emphasis on carbs for training and recovery - I’m researching more about healthy carb recipes and experimenting with when/how to add them to my diet during the day/week • Fitting the additional training sessions into the week - I’m trying to hit the weekly targets while being flexible with scheduling, so swapping days of shorter for longer sessions when needed to stay on track 🎯 Feb goals • Achieve weekly training targets while having fun - switching up my cross-training activities on the weekend to take advantage of winter sport opportunities • Developing my knowledge of nutrition for different phases (fat loss vs maintenance vs performance) and adapting to what I need over time New month, new start. Onward 🚀
Solid session to start the day!

Nice one @Simon Johnson ! I’ve committed to a standard triathlon in the summer and this is the first week of training with @Jason Smith’s killer programme. Back in the pool for the first time in 4 months and feeling good. Onward 🚀
