Oh hell yeah, mince pies! 🥧 I didn’t grow up with these in the States, but now I’m in the UK, I’m making up for lost time! 😋

Team, we’re already one whole week into December. Read that again: 7 days gone. The question now is simple: 👉 Did your actions reflect the results you want? Or did you coast? Before we go any further: Drop your total steps from last week below. 💡 The Big Brother Frame There’s a mindset I want you to take seriously this month: If there were a camera crew following your life… would you be proud of the way you showed up? Because the truth is there is a camera. It’s your body.It records everything: - Every walk you did or skipped - Every meal you planned or winged - Every session you showed up for or talked yourself out of - Every standard you kept or dropped Your body never lies. Your habits are always on film. 🎯 The Line That Hit Me Hard This Week Chris Williamson said something that slapped me in the face: “You already know what you need to do…you’re just not doing it.” Most people don’t have a knowledge problem. They have a follow-through problem. You KNOW: what foods support your goals…how many steps help you feel good…why training gives you energy…how planning beats relying on motivation… The gap isn’t information. The gap is execution. 🔥 WEEK 2 DECEMBER INTENTION So here’s your Monday challenge: 1️⃣ Post your steps from last week (awareness = control) 2️⃣ Set your target for this week 3️⃣ Comment ONE thing you KNOW you should do… and are committing to doing this week. I am switching my challenge to Holiday Hustler - logged 110k last week. Goal this week is to keep the foundations of training, protein and mindful cals given a busy social week and travel at the weekend 🚀
Pulling up to new goals...
For weeks and weeks, I had a chin up/pull up in my workout routine set by @James Pace but something about doing them in the gym, in front of everyone, and expecting myself to look a fool meant I avoided it and kept chickening out. In my most recent check in, James gave me the push I needed to give it a go. Just 3 simple pull ups. And I'm so glad a d thankful he did! My next session, I just sucked it up and did it, not great form, but still, I managed to suprise myself even as to how much I could lift. The first step. A couple weeks later, I've been doing a set of three every session, slowly building that strength, but crucially that confidence to try it too. Today I managed TWO sets of three, I was a shaky mess at the end and my form isn't perfect yet. But it's literally 100% more than I was doing a fornight ago. Small wins physically, big mental gains! Today's attempt video attached below as proof to myself of how far I'm coming!

For those wanting an extra push… goal is still 350,000 but running steps DO NOT count. @Paul Read this is my question too! I am thinking to estimate 1,000 steps for each kilometer of running. Not sure if that is an over- or under-count. Appreciate any recco of a better method
