I’ve been seeing a lot of people in the challenge slowly start to slip up with nutrition. But two things I’m noticing since we’re doing this challenge -they are self-aware of it -they’re still working out regardless -they’ve acknowledged it and made efforts to quickly get back on track This isn’t just a little bit of guilt, this is full-blown self-awareness that leads to understanding balance. This is what this challenge was really about, it’s not about being absolutely 100% perfect. It’s about trying! And when you do that, you’re way better off than what you would have been if you weren’t doing this challenge. And those people are still seeing results! That’s how I know when we have that two week break for the holidays, they’re not going to fall off the bandwagon and ruin their hard work. They’re going to do exactly what they’re doing right now, acknowledge it, don’t go overboard, and get back on track the next day with a goal to maintain. In January, it’s gonna be those same people putting their foot back on the gas pedal double time with the holidays out of the way. You guys are all on the right track, even if it doesn’t always feel like it. We’re making progress and a time where most people are regressing! And that’s not easy.💪🏼🙏🏼
