I have been away on holiday and then got sick for 2 weeks but I'm back with a bang! Been doing 20mins each day, feeling motivated and looking forward to some progression. I've been driving for a part time job, 2 days per week which has motivated me to be working hard to get my core strong. Driving kills me with pain so if I don't work hard it's not going to be fun.

How is your week going so far? To plan, or not so much? Let us know in the comments and make any commitments you feel you need to, to do what you know you should be! ๐Ÿ‘‡ I have so far managed to stick to my goal of getting up earlier, getting in more walks, getting to the gym earlier, and getting more work done ๐Ÿ‘ For me, this is week one of no longer travelling to and from Northleach saving me 4 hours per week, and I have already filmed and edited over half of the 14 day mobility challenge, which will start by the end of June. ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™‚๏ธ This extra time carved out of my diary is game changing for what I am able to create. So expect engagement and support here. And expect some changes too. Keep moving, Russ

What would be the best 10 min routine to get me mobile for the day if I was to pick a few mornings? I can pick a few differnt longer routines to do at night from the videos above which should be easy enough. If the weather stays good I could do some out the back yard for more space

On Holiday ๐Ÿ–
Well I am officially on holiday but will be staying in touch here if anyone needs anything! I got to 5pm with no ice cream or beer, 11,684 steps down, plus 10 minutes of maintenance exercises and stretches. Pilates class tomorrow, on the beach, but I'm unsure abut the potential of sand where I don't really want it. We will see ๐Ÿ˜… Anyone have any tips of how not to overdo it when on holiday (or even when not on holiday) please share below ๐Ÿ‘‡

What Did You Work On This Week?
Most of the week is gone already! What did you work on this week?? Aside from ticking over with the usual things, Pilates, mobility, strength training, and trying to learn more - I also tried to get to bed that little bit earlier, and to get in more steps on rest days. The only thing I worked on this week is our 2 cars lol and now I have the back to prove it. Took a walk tonight and was thinking I need to do more core strength exercises to help prevent it
