Who Needs A Push?
Is Your Week Going To Plan?
What's the plan? Is it working out? Did you have a goal coming in to this week? What was it? Be very specific. If the goal/plan was not specific, it's very unlikely to be happening. We're not far in to the week, so if you get specific now on what we're hoping to achieve to move forward, then you're very likely to nail it. I'm here to help not judge - so stick your plan for the rest of the week in the comments and lets get you to it 💪
Is Your Week Going To Plan?
I'm Sorry!
Other than ticking over in here for the last couple of months, running this free group has taken a bit of a back seat if I'm honest. And doesn't it show! Like a ghost town in here 👻 So I'm going to get back in to the groove of showing up regularly - not with all the answers, as I don't have them, but hopefully to grow this community and boost the support, engagement, and results people get from being here. What is your number one struggle right now and what do you think might help? let us know in the comments what's going on, what you think you may need to do to make progress - and lets make a plan for you to get some success. Everything worthwhile takes time. It was 9 months of Pilates before I started lifting weights properly again, and a year before I picked up the rugby ball. Dabbling for a few weeks and bailing out is not going to get you results. A progressive plan while assessing and improving your overall lifestyle habits will make for huge change. Most people know what they need to do really, it's just doing it. No one is going to save you, other than you 🫵 So let's go!
I'm Sorry!

5 Ways To Make A Difference 🙌
Yeah, yeah… we all know we need to “keep moving” and “make healthier choices” if we want to feel better and get on top of back pain. But how do you actually do that in a way that fits into real life – and that you can stick with? Here are 5 ways that make a difference: 🎯 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 – Something that matters to you. Maybe it’s being able to play with your kids without writing yourself off, or feeling stronger and more in control. 📃 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 – It doesn’t need to be perfect. A loose plan helps you stay on track even when life gets busy, or your back has other ideas. 💪 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 – Waiting for the perfect moment, to get in the perfect session, often means doing nothing. A few minutes of movement, consistently, is enough to shift things. 🤏 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 – Big changes stick better when they start small. One habit at a time builds momentum without feeling like a huge effort. 🤝 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 – Having someone who understands your situation, keeps you focused, and helps you navigate setbacks makes a big difference. If this was helpful, drop your thoughts/comments below and I’ll share more tips like this to make working towards a more comfortable back feel doable – even on the busiest days.
