I have so far managed to stick to my goal of getting up earlier, getting in more walks, getting to the gym earlier, and getting more work done 👏
For me, this is week one of no longer travelling to and from Northleach saving me 4 hours per week, and I have already filmed and edited over half of the 14 day mobility challenge, which will start by the end of June. 🤸♂️
This extra time carved out of my diary is game changing for what I am able to create. So expect engagement and support here. And expect some changes too.
