Hi! I've been doing Pull Push Legs this past month hypertrophy wise but I haven't worked abs yet. Would it be better if I just include abs on the PPL or do I work on calisthenic skills? If so, what exercises would best fit and how many reps sets?
@Keiran Eli Hey! Nice work staying consistent with your PPL routine that’s a solid foundation. Since you haven’t been training abs yet, now’s a good time to start including them. You can definitely add abs at the end of your PPL sessions, about 2–3 times a week.
