Hi! I've been working out for a while using what I currently have at home (doorway pullup bar, dip bars, pair of dumbbells, ab roller). I made some newbie progress with both pullups and dips. (8 reps pullups, 20 dips) I am planning to do the 5 sets till failure but my concern is how will I be able to utilize my other equipments (db's, ab roller) if I would do both Pull Push in a day.Legs would be day after or after rest day but my question would be When should I use the extra equipments(db, ar), what day and what exercises? Goal is muscle mass, and 100 reps for pullups and dips.
