Lower Back
Hi! I've been doing the drop set (15-12-10-8-5) PPL for quite a while now. I noticed that my lower back is kind of neglected because the exercises I only do for Pull are pullups, inverted rows. What exercises would help me strengthen my lower back?
Abs
Hi! I've been doing Pull Push Legs this past month hypertrophy wise but I haven't worked abs yet. Would it be better if I just include abs on the PPL or do I work on calisthenic skills? If so, what exercises would best fit and how many reps sets?
When or what day...?
Hi! I've been working out for a while using what I currently have at home (doorway pullup bar, dip bars, pair of dumbbells, ab roller). I made some newbie progress with both pullups and dips. (8 reps pullups, 20 dips) I am planning to do the 5 sets till failure but my concern is how will I be able to utilize my other equipments (db's, ab roller) if I would do both Pull Push in a day.Legs would be day after or after rest day but my question would be When should I use the extra equipments(db, ar), what day and what exercises? Goal is muscle mass, and 100 reps for pullups and dips.
