Conscious Humming ✨
This technique has helped me so much! It combines breath, vibration, and awareness to calm the nervous system, balance energy, and expand inner awareness: 🌬 Preparation 1. Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. 2. Sit comfortably with your spine straight, shoulders relaxed, and feet grounded or cross-legged. 3. Close your eyes and take a few deep, slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth to settle. 🎶 The Humming Practice 1. Inhale gently through your nose, filling your belly first and then your chest. 2. On the exhale, hum—keep your lips closed and let the sound vibrate naturally. Don’t force it; keep it soft, steady, and comfortable. Feel the vibration in your lips, face, throat, and chest. 3. Continue for 5–10 rounds, or longer if it feels good. 🌀 Conscious Awareness - Focus on sensation: Where do you feel the vibration most strongly—head, chest, heart, or belly? - Tune into energy: Notice if the vibration brings warmth, tingling, or calmness. - Visualize: Imagine the hum spreading light or color through your body. 🔔 Variations - Heart humming: Place your hand over your heart and direct the hum there. - Chakra tuning: Hum and focus on one chakra at a time, moving from root to crown. - Silent hum after sound: After each hum, pause in silence and feel the lingering vibration. 🌟 Closing - After your last hum, sit in silence for a minute. - Notice your breath, the stillness, and any shifts in your body or emotions. - When ready, open your eyes slowly. NAMASTE 🙏✨💗

Advice
So a dream showed me a need to express myself in conflict without getting upset or shutting down. Also I’m dealing with not seeing much joy in my life so I end up thinking of way to end my own.

@Jose Carchi One practice that has really helped me is conscious humming. It’s a way of combining vibroacoustics with the breath — the sound vibration moves through the body while the breath softens the nervous system. It especially stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps bring us back into balance. Some of the benefits I’ve experienced and that research supports are: • Soothing anxiety and calming racing thoughts • Easing tension and physical pain by vibrating the tissues • Lowering heart rate and blood pressure • Activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) • Releasing blocked emotions gently, without force • Improving focus and mental clarity • Creating a felt sense of connection with yourself and even with something greater What I love is that it doesn’t require effort — just humming softly and letting the sound hold you. It can be a way to sit with pain and witness it, without trying to change it. Go to the resource tab. I have posted how to do it.

@Jose Carchi I hear the tenderness in what you just shared — and yes, many of us were shamed for our sensitivity as children. That sensitivity is actually such a gift, though it can feel heavy when it hasn’t been honored. I love that you’re willing to ‘try your best for little you.’ Even noticing that there feels like a blockage is powerful, because it means you’re aware of where healing wants to flow. Practices like meditation, movement, and yoga can soften those blockages over time. And with active imagination, you can start simply: close your eyes, invite your inner child to appear, and let an image or scene arise. Speak with them gently, ask what they need, or even just sit with them silently. It doesn’t have to be forced — just allowing them space to show up begins to bridge the gap. Remember, the fact that you care enough to reach for your little self is already healing.

Welcome Dino! Glad you are here! 🤗
From awareness to awakening – need your experiences
Hello beautiful souls, I’m currently in the process of awakening. What I clearly understand now is that for a long time, I was living inside a program — following patterns that weren’t truly mine. Right now, I’m becoming more aware and more present, but I feel I still don’t know how to fully “wake up.” I wish to learn, to expand, and to connect with others who walk this path. If you’ve had moments of deep awakening, or practices that helped you break free from the program, I’d love to hear your experiences. 🙏💙

Hi! This conversation has touched my heart! 💗 Thank you for being so vulnerable, with love and compassion. ✨
Meeting life as it is, with presence and compassion.
Hello everyone, my name is Daniela. 🌿✨ I’ve been walking the path of healing for many years, learning to attune to myself more deeply with every step. My journey has brought me through sound healing, Reiki, breathwork, and plant medicine work, but above all, it’s been about becoming my own healer—listening to the wisdom of my body, spirit, and soul. For a long time, I’ve been committed to raising my vibration and cultivating the practice of being a fair witness—meeting life as it is, with presence and compassion. A big part of this has been learning how to regulate my nervous system, to soften the places that hold fear or tension, and to expand into more balance, clarity, and peace. Every day I keep practicing, growing, and remembering who I am at the core: a being of light, love, and resilience. I’m grateful to be here and look forward to learning, sharing, and ascending together.
