Social media is a double edged sword
God Bless
As a millionaire living my best life, I'm giving $30k to the first 20 people who message me 'grace.' I understand that many people are struggling with bills, and I want to help reduce that burden. Click to comment https://t.me/gregshackelford_private

The importance of community…
Loom video on this. Do you have a community? A place that feels supportive, that people have got your back? Of so great, of not, that is not so great. You see community is necessary, whether you get it through a social circle, family, or even online communities, it is important. You know of you are someone on your mental health journey, it can be excellent just to have a community you can vent your struggles to. That is just so good for your mental health, your mind and even your nervous system. So of you haven’t already find your community whether you get it through family, friends or online communities like this one, find it.

Why I care about trauma…
Loom video on this. I talk about trauma a lot I know, but there is a good reason for that. It is because I myself suffered from trauma, but I overcame it. I have spoke about one here before on my leg incident, but I also have many more, the two primary ones being bullying and my leg injury. That is why I care so much about the subject, cause I know how it is, yet I overcame it and did not let those incidents define me. And that is why I do and will continue to share tremendous value on trauma. As I am just sharing my personal lessons, stories, and what I have learned on my healing journey. Hope this cleared things up.

💥 How misalignment leads to burnout
Hello beautiful people 🫶 let me share something that I saw in myself (and in my clients too) Any time I’ve tried to build from “should,” from proving, from survival, from pressure… I can do it for a while. It looks good on the outside, right? Because these people, from which that "should" came, are the ones who are now nodding their heads (usually it's family, any other authority or society in general). But what about your soul? Your real desires? Your truth and authenticity? simply put, this decision always costs something internally — and eventually it turns into burnout. What changed for me was learning how to return to myself first without lying to myself or without any performance. Then align what’s been misaligned (values, pace, boundaries, what I actually want). And then, only then… expand. 🌱 Return ➡ Align ➡ Expand And I’m seeing this pattern with clients too. When they stop forcing growth from a stressed-out identity and start building from truth, many things becomes clearer: - decisions get simpler and more natural (because they're aligned with their intuition, especially women) - boundaries stop feeling “mean” - energy stabilizes - & growth actually sticks - their means of income start to be effortless It’s wild how often the “missing strategy” is just: quiet time + honest conversations + a few questions you don’t rush past. ✍🏻 Im curious, have you felt misaligned recently? Like you’re building something successful, but it’s not coming from your real values anymore? (If you want to share: what’s the biggest sign for you that you’re out of alignment?)
